I noticed that the Jamocha milkshakes are not nearly as good at every Arby's location that has the new way of making their shakes. I loved the Jamocha shakes, now they are meh. Other than that, the food and service was fine.
5 to 7 people were behind the service counter. No one else as customers. I said and waited a few minutes. Finally I asked a young boy if there was no one trip take my order. Then an assistant manager came hurrying to take my order. Terrible service. Sandwich was just OK. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ARBYS?
Food took a little longer to have ready, but we came in at about 9pm so that is understandable. Food was very fresh and delicious!
Love Arby's but we both got chicken sandwiches and they were overcooked. Missed the mark this time but we'll be back.
Roast beef sandwich were 2 for 6$. Go too meals

I went through the drive thru yesterday, it was a long line but it was moving steady. I got my order and realized the apple juice was missing. I was about to be running late and there was no way I had time to go back through the line and I had little ones with me (one was asleep) so going in wasn't
