Came in 7 minutes til closing. Ordered a chef salad with turkey instead of ham and no onion due to diet restrictions because of my kidney disease, I got home and there was ham and onions on it. I had to wait to call the next morning because by the time I got home they were already closed, when I called the next day. The male manager was very rude and asked why I didn't call lastnight stating he was there til 11 but the store doesn't pick up the phone after 9, and told me he was too busy to deal with it at that moment, and before I could say anything else I was hung up on, very rude management and refused to fix the salad that I wasn't even able to eat.

They have good pizza. Its different from all the other places. They sauce was put on as little thick around the edges though. The cheesesticks were also very good. This was the first time we have ate there and will probably return. Clean restaurant and friendly employees.

The sauce is homemade. The sandwich buns r GREAT. The pizza is the best we've found in greeneville. The staff is wonderful. They follow virus safety protocols. I will go there often.

Stopped in to get some lunch. Me and my wife both got sandwiches. She got the smoked turkey combo with fries and a drink. I got the steak and cheese and a sweet tea. The sandwiches bother were good but her fries were not good at all. They just opened a bag and baked them in the oven. No seasoning or anything. Not to mention about a third of them were very burnt. If I go back I will just get sandwiches and definitely not fries.

This is a place that did not disappoint. The pizza was wonderful every bite. Even the pickiest of all " my cat" devoured a slice. The salad was fresh and flavorful. We had it delivered, great encounter on the phone all the way to delivery. If you're in the area, please support them.~chef dee

I ordered a pizza form rockys today. The taste was OK. It was delivered quick enough. Giving a fair feed back. I asked for a thick crust. it was very thin. I called & the manager told me that they only have one crust size except for a pan pizza. (( NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS )) I have called around & found other pizza places that do have thick crust. I do not think i will order from them again.

Love the pizza and all their other entrees. Way better than a chain pizza restraunt any day. Little pricy but you get what you pay for, a good pizza with real cheese. I will always eat at Rockys pizza.
