I wouldn't be as upset but this has happened more than once. I work fast food too but come on, please make sure orders are correct before being sent out!

Their menu says they offer sugar free slushes, then you find out they are made with sugar water, for a diabetic if the server had not known this info this could've been awful. Then my husband got a slushes that wasn't blended together. We ordered a couple of items in drive thru and was given a total then when we arrived at the window we were told they did not have half of our order. Bad experience all around.

3 separate times. We have got what I thought used to be the Best onions rings anywhere. But. For the 3rd and last time. They were very burnt. Fell apart. And laying in a bag of grease. I could have never put these in a bag yo go orlyt to customer. . I thought they had strained the grease from bottom of fryer and give me the. Crumbs. WELL THAT WHAT IT LOOKIED LIKE MO ONION ANYWHERE IN THESE CRUMBS. These were awful . For the 3rd time. I guess I'll never get the onion rings again I'll order a bag of burnt crispy grease. With no ranch this Sonic In Greene has gone to the pits. It's been 9 months and still have not been back.

Here we go again, first time going to this sonic in months only to be let down yet again. First time trying this Dill Pickle burger and maybe they need to read what is supposed to come on this burger. I ordered two (2) of them, neither one had any ranch, the pickle fries was a joke and I'm not kidding, just 1 on both, and maybe a piece of chopped lettuce between both. My bun for mine was half burnt. Used to like sonic, it's a shame.

Owners must be half dead, really dumb or just don’t care about this business. Place is run down and lacks the basics. FIX THE ICE MACHINE! How can you be a “Sonic” and have a broken ice machine FOR a YEAR?? The reasons to go to Sonic are missing here. Staff is unhappy, they never have the product they need and it’s pretty obvious why.

Fast and friendly service. You can either pull in and park by a menu or you can conveniently go through the drive through. Enjoy eating privately in your own vehicle!!!😊 Sonic offers just about any kind of slushies, milk shakes, blizzards, and fried Oreos 😋♥️ Go check them out for yourself!! I thought the mozzarella sticks I ordered would be fresh, seeing as how they are so expensive! Mine were not fresh at all though! I spent almost 20 bucks on a LG order of mozzarella sticks, a cherry-limeade and an iced coffee. I will not be wasting any more money at sonic

What is the point in having $.50 corn dogs when you are going to be SOLD OUT of them by mid evening?? Don't run a special if you aren't prepared to serve the customers wanting that special. That was after we sat waiting for close to 10 minutes to have our order taken. This is the 3rd time we have been to this particular location and had some sort of issue with our food & poor service. We won't be back.

I love Sonic of greeneville. I see the bad reviews and would like nothing more then to try to fix everyone's problems they had. Just give us a call or come by the store if any problems in the future and we will do everything we can to make sure you leave happy, satisfied, and wanting to come back for more!!!!!!!

Only because no stars was not an option the supposed gm is so unprofessional yelling and cursing me refused a refund on a shake they messed up threw my stuff away not to mention they were making food with no gloves on after one of the girls walked in from smoking needless to say we will never be bck and the Jennifer Cobb sure does not deserve her job

Went to this location on 8/31/16 at 7 pm. Pushed the button and waited and watched as the employees inside was eating and all sat there for 10 minutes. When another customer walked up to the door and complained about not being served. We just left and went some where else. Not good customer service.

This is the worst! I came through yesterday. I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese griller. The Bacon was black as coal. I couldn't even eat it. I called to speak with a manager and was put on hold for over 9 minutes. I called supervisor Bruce Hillwertz and even emailed him pics showing the nasty food and the hold time from trying to call the store manager. He did apologize, said he was going to a meeting and will show the pic to the general manager but offered no replacement or refund. Have yet to receive a call from any other manager. Very disappointed!
