On recent visit I observed the employee taking orders, giving change, then without washing or sanitizing her hands replenish cup lids at her station. She then came to lobby to clean. She picked up fry off floor and tossed. People came in so she went back to take orders and give change. She then proceeded to take a fry cup and fill it with onion rings. Another wipes his nose while handling food container. I very discreetly reported these things to the manager in effort to help him. He was very nice and thanked me and disappeared into the back. While he was away I noticed an employee use his cell phone while wearing his gloves then go straight and build a sandwich. The front person had apparently spoken to front person because she began to mean mug me. I ignored until she decided to say "try to get me in trouble you b!+@#". Had I been the manager, she would've been fired on the spot after the report was made...didn't happen. So much for trying to help someone keep job and save someone from some deadly food borne disease. We certainly won't be back there. What if I had been with the Health Department ?

Sometimes they are out of specific foods and the cashier dosen't know until after you pay. Other than that employees are polite and restaurant is clean.
Edit: ordered through mobile app today a burger meal and an extra side. Checked in at outdoor drive through speaker and was told to come to window. After waiting in line for my turn the employee notifies me that they are out of the specific bread for the sandwich, so I asked for a regular bun instead. She went to get approval and couldn't find out if I could get a regular bun took a minute and the assistant manager comes up with attitude. He tells me annoyingly that he could but they are also out of other items that go in the sandwich. Ok fine, ill take a refund. They both said I need to do it in the app. Well the app doesn't have that option. They were quick to tell me it isn't their problem and I'd have to figure it out myself. Only giving 1 star because i cannot give ZERO. Employees adopt the philosophy set by the management/company and you can clearly see who sets the examples at this location. Someone from Pals needs to come down and school management on how to run a customer driven business. On a second note Burger King needs to drastically change their app to allow the stores to remove items from the app menu that is out of stock and also request the refund without jumping through hoops to get your hard earned money back. Take a note from dunkin donuts and tacobell. They both allow it.

Incredible drive thru service! So friendly and quick. The Impossible Whopper is my new go to if I eat fast food. You have to try it if you aren't a fan of meat.

Some of the friendliest fast food staff I have encountered. Clean, fast, friendly and good food. Keep up the good work!

Just went to burger king to get my favorite chicken sandwich. The regular chicken sandwich (the long one which I told the girl in drive thru plainly) add cheese bacon and tomato. The rude girl in the drive thru got smart with me and still got it wrong! I got the new chicken sandwich and it was okay but not what I wanted. Double check your order before you leave and get ready for major attitude.

My chicken sandwich was microwaved to death. I couldn't even eat it. What happened to you, Burger King?
