I absolutely love pizza hut, it's only place we order pizza from. Their food is always good and their online ordering is super easy. They have a good points system too where you get points for your purchases and you can exchange them for free pizzas and other items and it doesn't take long to have enough points to do so. We order preety frequently and there was only one time where something in the order was incorrect but when I called them they were completely nice and apologized and put a credit on my account for the order to be replaced free of charge and it was absolutely no hassle at all. They have been nothing but friendly and given us excellent service.

We were lucky to catch the evening Buffet. The pizza, pasta dish, and dessert pizza were good. The price was great too. The salad bar had many good things on it but a couple of things were not-so-great looking. The waitress was delightful. On the not-so-great side, they were doing drilling while we're eating, so our dinner wasn't very quiet and it was freezing in there!

I used to order from dominos however the last time I ordered from them ,about seven years ago they did not send extra garlic butter which I paid for. I have not had that problem until today with pizza hut. I received absolutely no garlic butter. I love pizza hut pizza and wings.. please pay attention to the order.

Clean restaurant but the service was sub par. We were the only ones in the dinning room but yet our one pizza & pasta took forever! They brought our pizza out first and we ate over half of it by the time they came out with the pasta. Then to top it all off the staff were arguing the whole time. They even forgot about my bread sticks. Usually have good food there but service just wasn't up to the quality.

Usually I don't have much trouble with pizza hut. This experience however was bad enough it'll be while before I order again. Over an hour and a half waiting for my food to be delivered. The p'zone I ordered wasn't cut and wasn't very warm in the middle anymore. Delivery guy was nice. Only positive thing out of my experience this time.

The food is good, but the service definitely needs improvement! The waitresses take FOREVER to bring drinks/food. We also noticed other customers upset waiting for service. Our table and other surrounding tables were all dirty with crumbs and smears of food but fresh silverware. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. They also charge $1.50 extra for pan crust and if you order extra cheese as a topping it's not considered to be a topping included in your deal (large with 3 toppings) they charge even extra even if you only order extra cheese.

Pizza not worth the money. Charged for extra on cheese two pizzas when only asked for one 1. $25 for a one topping and a specialty....price was supposed to be $19.99 plus tax.... $3 over what tax should have been but wasn't told why. Won't be back until food quality gets better and prices meet the actual worth.
Update - tried it again, this time arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, told they didn't have any order in the computer for us, I even showed them the call history on my phone....😒 ridiculous

The store had several dirty tables, we went during lunch, as soon as we walked in we were told that they would be closing the salad bar in 30 minutes. We thought that was rude considering it was a half hour, they act like they couldn't waiting to get us out the door. Latest on the salad bar was brown as if it had been bruised and salad bar was not kept up at 50%. Pizzas they were typically three sometimes four app during buffet time we had to ask twice for refills. Very disappointed in that visit. Employees were too busy on their phones, arguing, won't be back for a while.

Good service but not as affordable as they used to be, that must be why they don't put their prices in the carry out menus. And beware, the 2 liter bottles of pop are $3, that's 3x more than store price.

This place needs some serious restructuring of employees. Some of the problems Iv encountered are: asking for cheese bread (which apparently they dont have) and receiving Texas Toast.. Probably from the food city down the road, still cold. Waiting for almost an hour and a half once (we live less then a mile away), oh and if you want spinach dont ask for it. They lay it on there after its cooked, just leaves on a pizza..

Service was awful. Waitress (Stacy) was very rude and hateful with everyone who came in. The employees in the back were yelling at each other and being so loud it was hard to carry on a conversation at the table. On top of it all, we had to wait almost an hour to get our pizza.

I love this place. It’s always so clean and smells so nice. The bathrooms look newly remodeled and the employees are attentive and courteous. My order has never been wrong or late. Keep up the excellent work!

Terrible place to go. Ordered pasta st 8pm, didn't get there til 10:15. Food wasnt even hot. Called and the female hung up on me.
If you want good customer service and food, save yourself the trouble and go to papa johns.
