Review Mcdonald's - Greeneville

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The staff didn't acknowledge that I was standing at the counter to ask for more napkins for over 15 minutes.....and when she finally did, acted like it was a crime and had an attitude when she gave them to me! There was no sweet tea in the lobby! They was half scrambling around in the back and half standing around talking to each other.....I guess local gossip comes before customers! Plus the woman at the register didn't act like she knew what she was doing! What ever happened to customer service!? Get it together people!

I've not been to a McDonald's worth going to in over a decade. This one is no exception. At least we finally got our order. We didn't think to remind them we were there and so they completely forgot about us.

Typically ok. But today after shopping I picked up lunch and brought it home. Come to find out, one of my burgers didn't even have a patty. Really unacceptable but pretty comical they couldn't even put a patty on one but not the other burger in my meal.

This is for anyone who thinks racism is dead. My wife and I went to Walmart in Greenville TN. We decided to stop and grab something to eat at McDonald’s located inside the store. Three employees looked at us and kept going about their business. We stood there waiting to be served and nobody bothered to come to the register. We decided to leave, as we walked away a Caucasian lady and her small child walked up to the counter. The worker looked over at us with a smirk on her face and immediately served them. I called spoke to someone to get the number to corporate and she wanted to know what my complaint was about. I told her and she didn’t offer any apology at all. Most of the time we just ignore people like that or think oh well. What made it worse was the white man who looked at us and was disgusted because he couldn’t believe that just happened.

I am from out of town visiting family. After shopping, we ordered a chicken nugget meal for my little brother. Upon checking at the car, we discovered they had given us 2 cheese burgers instead. We went back to have them fix it and then they forgot our fries in the replacement meal. Get it together!

I was eating lunch here one day when I saw a sad-looking man sitting in the back booth staring sadly at some overcooked chicken McNuggets. He wasn't wearing makeup or his traditional yellow jumpsuit, but his curly red hair meant I couldn't help but recognize him. I approached respectfully and he smiled at me. Then I said, "I'm sorry to bother you Ron, er, Mr McDonald, but is all... this..." (And here I gestured vaguely at the noisy hubbub and the people ignoring the don't bring your carts in the dining area sign and the frantic staff and the unmistakeable odor and the depressed diners.) "Is all this really what you had in mind?" The man sighed deeply and took a long look around. He seemed to think back to simpler, happier times until the incessant beeping of a fryer brought him back to reality. Finally, staring back at his untouched nuggets, he spoke. "Yeah, this seems about right," he said.

Had to repeat order for breakfast bagel 4 times; egg and cheese bagel no breakfast sause, and still got it wrong, manager never came over to assist order taker.

Best fries ever, always the best fries, always hot and fresh! The staff is extremely friendly, they are professionals at what they do! The best McDonald's in Tennessee!

Just got two yogurts and they were both out of date and had that clearish liquid on top. Nasty.
