I witnessed horrible management skills by a very young unprofessional little girl. Young lady if a customer comes in and complains about her chalupa shell being hard to an employee and all you did was give attitude blaming the customer behind her back after she left, you should not be in management.
Have ordered and paid online numerous times with no issues. Tried repeatedly to place an order tonight and finally got a message that the Taco Bell website was having problems. The employees were too busy gossiping and were rude. The employee gave us wrong information regarding items in our order. Manager on duty thought it was funny the enployees were acting that way and did not offer a solution to resolve the issue. Definitely the worst experience ever.
