OMG!!! My friend and I came during buffet hours and got to try most of the foods on the menu. The Chicken Marsala was one the best I have ever tasted! I will definitely be back soon. The restaurant itself is very nice, and so is the owner and the waitstaff. They answer any questions you have about the food, and encourage you to try new things. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go again.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff is very warm and friendly, knowledgeable enough about the menu to make amazing recommendations without hesitation. I got the Paneer Begam Bahaar on his advice and it was sensational. My Mango Lassi was served margarita-style, with a tasty sugar rim. Excellent place for a date!

This is my second Indian restaurant, but the BEST Indian restaurant I've tried in the area. Had a fabulous dining experience! Not just a meal... AN EXPERIENCE! Aromas, textures, fabulous flavored taking us on an exotic taste experience. Highly recommend. Great, attentive, and informative service. Loved it! I couldn't help but to take in the fragrance of each bite to explore and discern all the many spices. Wonderful! Totally enjoyed the Aaloo Tikki(mashed potato patties with onions an peas)- spicy, but not overpowering, which we dipped in different flavored chutneys. My husband had delicious Lamb Curry (with onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander). I savored the Shrimp Masala with a thick gravy of onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander, but with a totally different flavor/ consistency. Ooolala! Each bite punctuated with a sip of mellow Zinfandel. Finishing the meal with Kheer - a mild, sweet rice pudding flavored with cardamom, raisins, saffron, coconut and almonds. Service was great and attentive and it was so nice to have a warmed finger bowl to clean up at meal's end. Bravo!

The food was amazing!!!! The owner was so nice and welcoming. I hope this place makes it, because it is one of the best meals we have had in Greensboro since we moved here 17 years ago! Went to the Chop House for New Years and spent a ridiculous amount of money for food that was mediocre. This place is so reasonably priced and authentic/delicious!!

We have been looking for good Indian food in Greensboro and we finally found it. This place just opened and the food is already excellent. The food was well spiced without overwhelming. I had a lamb dish that is often tough, but not here. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked.

We took a group of 10th graders here for a field trip to try Indian cuisine and it was amazing. The owners were very nice, gracious, and accommodating. They worked very hard to give the kids a unique experience. The food was amazing as well. I highly recommend Sona's!

We tried it tonight for the first time to celebrate Mother's Day - my entire family enjoyed the food, ambiance as well as customer service. I would definitely go back. I do recommend to anyone who wants to try 'authentic indian' food in Greensboro.

We love it here! Food is extra fresh and cooked to perfection. When you sit down, they offer complimentary chick pea and potato chip with dipping sauces. Today we tried the puff rice appetizer and it was an interesting flavor and texture medley, clean and delicious. This is my 3rd time. I love the Chicken Methi Melai, chicken is always so tender. Thanks The potato naan tastes almost like a calzone. High quality and good prices. Our favorite Indian restaurant.

Always have room and never a wait. The staff are pleasant and attentive to details. Never an issue with flavor or seasoning. The intention of the food to cause your pallet to melt is always achieved. Even. The left overs are good. Coconut flavored soup and fresh naan with dates and fruit is an amazing starter.

Absolutely delicious and savory! I just moved to Greensboro and started trying all of the different restaurants in town. Lemon Indian Cuisine knocked it out of the park. If you've never tried Indian food, this is definitely the place to go. I will definitely be back!

Pretty good dinner spread! Actually good portion sizes, right amount of heat, and that salmon curry was phenomenal. They cooked it perfectly and would recommend it 10/10. They actually give a good amount of food and decently priced here. Would recommend highly. The chicken saag (spinach), was amazing. Perfect amount of creaminess and spice chicken was tender. Then had to test the original, butter chicken. Great spice and flavor. Again, a lot of food was left after this. Even the rice. The desserts were great. Gulab jamon and their version of cheesecake had a great balance of sweet and savory. Not overly killing you with diabetes. 9/10

This is my new favorite Indian restaurant in greensboro! The Lamb curry was great! I ordered medium spice but will definitely be ordering hot next time as it was still fairly mild for me. The mint and onion chutneys are sooo good! I noticed some options on the menu that I've not seen in other local Indian restaurants also. The staff was very kind and attentive! They even sent me home with some extra papadoms! Thanks so much guys!

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! First of all, the staff and chef are so cordial. Everything was served so quick! The food was on a whole other level! Absolutely delectable. Each and every dish we ordered was just perfect. The naan we ordered was cooked to perfection, while the chili paneer had the perfect amount of zest and spice! The chef’s special mint chutney is unmatched! We live about an hour away from this restaurant, but we would drive any day to come eat here. 11/10 RECOMMEND!

1st time trying indian cuisine, absolutely loved it! The owner and staff are very friendly. Worried about spicy/heat level? Tell your waiter, they will make it the way you want it. Garlic naan bread is something you must have. I had butter chicken made with little to no heat and was so amazing! Everything is clean, including the bathrooms. I plan on coming back again and again!
