Great service. My cashier Shanesia was very polite and quickly took my order. I didn't have to wait for my food, it was ready soon as I got to the window. Everything was freshly made and hot. It was a good experience, will definitely be coming back.
I want to thank Nick the District manager and the General manager of the west market Burger King in Greensboro, NC! I had an issue with my online order. They both came together and fixed it right away. I truly appreciate good customer service and for making four little kids happy.
Dont know how your food is. Sat in your drive thru 10 mins. Behind 1 car, we were the only 2 cars in line. Left went to Wendys across the street and went through their drive thru. Ordered, paid, and recieved my food. After I drove back through thr Burger King parking lot, the customer I was waiting
Service always slow, but they rush you at the window! The managers mostly work the window and all they are always rude! They are never in a rush to take your order!

Well, out of 2 customers in line, both waiting for food to be taken out, and only 2 burgers ordered. At least, at the VERY LEAST, you got the drinks right. At least you can do that.

I went here last week and sat in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes, with only 3 cars in front of me. I finally drove off as did the cars behind me as well. They don't want your business.
