5 Star Review Alert!!!! The LOADED omelet biscuit was perfectly made and so, so delicious. I went through the drive-thru around 10:40AM and was afraid that maybe the biscuit wouldn't be fresh bc of it almost being lunch hours, but went with it anyway and I'm so glad I did. The order taker was very polite. The young man at the window was very polite and friendly. The food was hot but all the burgers that we got was salty. They were out of alot of things.
Food was sub-par for the chain's standards, they were out of cold brew coffee and straws for soft drinks, customers were walking out due to the wait time that I feel was partially caused by a lack of initiative and customer service by the staff; staff seemed like they were hating being at work, and
Hardees used to be amazing in the late 90s even the mid 2000s but this location is by far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever experienced and it’s consistently horrible matter fact the only consistency this place has is terrible customer service and this is from the entire area there’s nobody around here t
I don't know how this place is still open. You can be the only car in line and they will leave you sitting there for 14 minutes before someone decides to take your order. Then plan to sit another 15-20 minutes to get your food. No one is ever in a hurry.
Kayden was the young woman who took my order. She was so polite and patient and just a wonderful person. I got my order in a very timely fashion and they were even short staffed. Will definitely be back. Thank you Kayden for your awesome attitude and great service!
Drive thru time is unforgivable. The order taker allows you to wait at least 10 minutes per car before even asking for the order. Then you pull around and sit at the window another 5 minutes before they ask for payment and give you your food that's been obviously thrown into the bag. I won't even go
The shift that served me were wonderful but they worked longer because the next shift were late to relieve them. Unacceptable. They need to be warned. Check job references as part of hiring process.
