The food smelt like cigarettes, it was half way bit. A kid ate that, inappropriate. They didn’t wanna give us a refund, very aggressive and inappropriate. The major was rude and thinks he knows his employees personal life. Food was even cold.
Ordered Spicy Chicken Nuggets from this place and when it arrived, It had smelled and tasted like cigarettes. We called as well and the Man on the phone avoided the manager being asked for. I recommend this place to not be ordered from.
The manager/lead on duty was not focused and was not "present". The staff were certainly feeling the same. Probably the worse I've seen Wendy's. Food was okay but could have used the entire a teams focus to provide service and quality food.

All food items came out hot. There weren’t many employees working for the dinner rush but we got our food quickly and received great service. The drive thru seemed pretty busy so we ate inside.
