Went in with a group of 18 on a Tuesday night. We were hoping to sit on the patio because it was beautiful outside, but it wasn't meant to be. Apparently we weren't the only ones with the idea... and it's hard to seat 18. Ended up eating (and drinking!) downstairs. While I've been multiple times, I had no idea there was a downstairs! They were super accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Food and service were top notch, kudos to the manager who helped out his servers who had their hands full! Next time it'll be a smaller group and, weather permitting, the patio!
Tacos were soooo good. between the wife and myself, i believe we tried 8! not sure which one was my favorite, but the seafood po boy was up there. not to mention the margaritas! Will be back!

Mixed bag. We liked the variety of tacos. I got steamed shrimp and gyro tacos. Both good. My one daughter got the cheeseburger taco and loved it. Husband got chiorzo taco and the asada steak, between the two he preferred the steak. Other daughter got "she always answers" burrito. It was not good and she sent it back for a taco. The black beans tastes burnt. The rice was like the kind you buy in a pouch and make at home. Service was friendly but a little scattered. Upstairs patio and atmosphere in general is very cool. We will give them another shot for sure.
Nice view from upstairs. Nice view from outside upstairs and the drinks were good. We only had appetizers which we found tasty but nothing special. Would be a good place to enjoy a few drinks with friends.
AMAZING!!. Me and my husband went tonight for the 1st time. The food was incredible. I am not a south western type of person, but the food was great! Even the black beans were good! I recommend this restuarant to EVERYONE!!! From the time that I had walked in I seen the zebra print and was hooked. The salsa they give you with the chips is wayyyyy better than Mexican restuarants. I even gave the cook a tip! And the owner ran me and my husband down when we left just to thank us! They were reallly nice and respectful! I rate this place a 100%. GO CHECK IT OUT! promise you, you will LOVE it and definately return!
I ordered the nachos and added choriso. Holy moly were they good. There must have been a little voice of reason in my brain that talked me into getting the half portion rather than the whole, and it was plenty.
Gringo's has great drinks and tacos. Upstairs gets lively and busy on weekends and is a good place to hang out. The Philly taco is fantastic, but I wish they would bring back the ghost chili grits in the shrimp and grits taco, though.
Need some good tequila? This is your place in Greenville! They have a good selection! Staff is always nice and live music some nights! Some games outside with a firepit! Great hangout spot
Laid back place to chill with local guys and girls. Had several beers. Salsa was good, service was great, beer is cold. Stopped by after work to relax. Found the environment friendly and inviting.
Great tacos and a great selection of beverages to choose from. I recommend getting their house margarita! Service has been hit or miss the times I’ve been. They are always polite, just some of the servers are more attentive than others.
