Maybe this store could consider having the inside open AT LEAST for pick up orders
My order is getting cold, I’ve been in line for 10 minutes like this, and I’ve already paid for it, so I guess I’m SOL? This location seems to never have their inside open, but their drive thru backed up constantly.

Usually this location is great, but not today. The man working the drive thru window this morning had some serious attitude issues. Got mad and raised his voice at me to take my donuts. Also didn’t provide me straws for my iced beverages I ordered. Do better sir.
When you advertise online that you have dine in, you have dine in! I understand the short staffing as I deal with it as well. Yet you still take care of a customer that was trying to purchase four dozen donuts! That's fine Krispy Kreme will take my money, and will allow me to order INSIDE THE STORE
Didn't have the individual creamers and couldn't figure out how to get me so. Hesitant to put in a separate cup. I have always gotten my Dunkin coffee this way because no matter how much I stress a little cream I end up drinking warm milk.

I have been going there for over a month. There is a tree branch hanging down in the drive thru. It hangs so low it rubs on top of my car. I can't believe the owner has not addressed this. I spoke to an employee and apparently owner has been told several times. Guess they don't care.

It seems like the ones in Duncan, Greer, Spartanburg suck. We waited at those for at least 1/2 hour in drive thru and inside.
