I’ve been here twice, and so this is a combination rating of a 3-star experience and a 5-star experience.
The first time I placed an order from this restaurant, my order was wrong, and it took quite a while to get it. So that’s the 3-star experience explained below:

Ordering from this Pizza Hut is always a gamble. Sometimes it’s exactly what you order, sometimes it’s not fully cooked and the toppings are all wrong. I’ve refrained from writing a review thus far - but tonight I feel as though it is warranted. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 7:50
You are unable to get in touch with anyone at the store, all calls are routed through the call center - which is not US based - and when your order is incorrect you are unable to get it resolved. Pizza Hut needs to 'go back to their roots' and practice good customer service. I understand mistakes ha
Visited today prompt Friendly service. I ordered a medium meatlovers. Hot and fresh. Thanks to kim the woman that served me today. She was nice! Thanks to pizza hut and all you do to serve the public!
Without a doubt the worse pizza I have ever purchased.. and when I call the manager wanted to argue instead of fix the problem. It didn't have any cheese, lots of red pepper flakes and seasoning. Why add seasoning to sausage and peperoni.
Will never go to pizza hut again.
Ordered 8 sauces, Big dinner box, and double cheesesticks. The cheesesticks are burnt black, and I got no sauces. I asked the deliver women if the sauces were in the boxes because they always forget and she said yes. So I called the store and the gentleman hung up on me. I called again, asked for
There is one woman working at this location by herself. Cooking, taking orders via internet and phone, serving, cleaning, taking money.... all alone which is unactable. This is very dangerous for her to be alone her manager should have stayed with her. Either get more help or close the doors. I
No words other than do yourself a favor and stay far from this place. Ordered pizza here 3 times over the last month and each time it was late, cold, and incorrect. Not sure how this place is still in business to be honest.
