Two issues with this location of Huddle House. The first is food/food presentation and the second is customer service.
The location itself is a bit rundown but typical for the area. Our orders were placed and it took a while for our meals to be brought out. My coffee was only refreshed when the meals were brought to the table. Our server never returned to check on us. When my meal arrived it did not look appeasing. I got a southwest breakfast bowl. The description sounded good and the picture gave an indication of what the bowl would look like. It looked like leftovers thrown into a nice clean white bowl. The dish had two slices of pepper jack cheese on top of the potatoes and under the eggs. Shredded cheese would have been better. My mother had Turkey sausages that were flavorless and her grits didn’t melt the butter that was put on top. The meals were very lackluster. I was never asked a choice of bread or if I liked the sauce on top of the bowl or on the side. I didn’t realize it had a sauce until the dish arrived. I could eat any part of the dish that had the sauce on it and it was simply because I didn’t like the sauce not that it was bad.
Our server not once came to check on us but I did hear the server attending the gentleman behind us several times. We even had to ask for our ticket. When she (our server) ask how was everything, I politely said not very good and explained the issue. She never apologized just went into defense mode. I paid for my meal via credit card. She gave me my receipt and walked off. I was prepared to leave a small tip of $3 but she just left. It’s very rare that I do NOT tip. Which she didn’t deserve but I do it because it’s in my heart.

I was excited to try Huddle House because it's something that's not in Houston and it was just okay. I had the strawberry French toast platter and the bread seemed a little old. The eggs and bacon tasted pretty good. The best thing was the Huddle House picante sauce. It was so good that I wouldn't mind buying it!
The customer service was not bad. The young lady with red hair was really nice and attentive and did the best she could considering it was really busy and there were only 2 waitresses. They also were no busboys so the 2 waitresses had to clean the tables which they didn't really have time to do. The place could use some cleaning and the employees may not want to talk so loud on their phones about personal things. I didn't mind it but it could offend other customers.
All in all I would go back because there aren't many other options in town but if there were I probably wouldn't go back.

So hanging out in a city near my home town, called Greenville, MS. Had breakfast with ny best friend at the Huddle House. The service was great the food was just okay. Have you ever had scrambled eggs with cheese and your eggs tasted like bell pepper was in them?🥴 Yes, you are right. Seems like the same spoon that mixed the omelet egg mixture was used to mix my eggs. 😆 Also, I had to get them to reheat my pancakes. In their defense, I was told that they were training a a new cook. 🥴 I'll buy that, but I definitely won't be going back for a while.😔

This was once one of my favorite places to eat! The building and area need to be cleaned up a bit at this point but the service was not bad last time I dropped by. I was picking up an order for doordash so I can't account for the food quality. Might be great...

I told my husband I wanted a waffle for breakfast, so he says let's go to the huddle house in Greenville MS. So I said ok..to make long story short when we got there it was a nice crowd there but were seated. Wel, l notice a lot of flies and I told my husband it's a lot of flies in here. That was my queue to leave instead I stayed placed order, got our food and a fly was cooked in the cheese of the omelet. This was on June 27, 2021..Never will eat there again...all the manager could say was do you want another, no apology or anything. Very disappointed 🤨🙄

Manager took keys home so a lot of items couldn't be ordered. If the owners of this place know how it's run then it should be closed, indefinitely. You can't run a business successfully the way it's operated. The cook and the waitress did all they could but the Manager needs to be fired immediately and replaced with a more experienced manager asap.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The omelette was unbelievable. Good coffee, the hash browns were cooked just like I like them, and the pecan waffle was superb. If I lived in Greenville, MS, I'd be eating here until I had a massive coronary. 😀
