This is our favorite go to place for lunch. We go here 3 and 4 times a week. Great daily specials. But the Chicken Pot is the bomb. Just like grandma used to make. This is the best little diner in Darke county. Everyone knows everyone but if it is your first time. People will get to know you. Don't be afraid to join someone at the round table. But be polite and ask!

Average old style restaurant for breakfast and lunch, still challenged by Staff problems, yet a new (ish) person who served me was very good and the rest of the people were also working hard, a DoorDash person came in to pick up a delivery, the cook walked thru a couple times in this iconic place where lots of local people have made this their “home cooked meal” while working.
Food and service was great. Small but comfortable setting. I will visit this restaurant again
