Drive thru can be slow at times. Going inside when store is open is often faster. This is due to the staff storage most restaurants currently face. Employees are constantly hustling to fill orders. Bagels are typically fresh and all sandwiches are made to order. Nice to be able to customize. Thank you to the staff who always greets us pleasantly each day and works so hard to keep us satisfied.
Team was great and helpful. Especially the manager Todd who offered a dairy free menu for my kid. Hard to find places with employees who care nowadays and this one does.
