Counter staff and food were excellent! I eat here at least once a week and highly recommend it!

Here's a positive story:
We recently had an issue where an email promo code had been marketed to us but the ordering process in the website rejected the code for some reason.
I went ahead and placed the order without the discount from the promo code but reached out to customer service via the website.
Martin called me today and is making sure the issue is being corrected and took care of us. Very good customer service and prompt considering the turnaround for follow-up was within a few days. I'm very impressed and pleased.
Food is awesomely delicous! Service always with a smile, couteous, knowledgeable about menu, and all staff very nice store clean! Great atmosphere to set have great food and converse with a friend.
