Absolutely delicious meal. Amazing spicy chicken rigatoni, and stuffed shells. The brownie sundae is ridiculously big. Great and friendly service. Our server was a big help to us on the menu options and made amazing suggestions. And since we are from Missouri, she also substituted as a good tour guide.

Excellent family style italian restaurant. Prices are completely reasonable for the portion sizes. We ordered the "Mozzarella Garlic Bread" as an appetizer and were impressed with the amount received. When this restaurant claims that a small portion feeds 3, that is 3 adults. Our family of 4 (2 children under 7) didn't even finish all of the appetizer. The garlic is very strong on the bread. So if you arent a big fan of strong garlic flavor I would recommend trying one of the other appetizers. The "Pepperoni Pizza" was a little bit on the greasy side (to be expected with pepperoni this size) but pizza was baked wonderfully. SAUCES MADE IN HOUSE! You can taste the freshness! The "Baked Rigatoni" was rustic and delicious. Pasta was NOT overcooked and balanced well with the incredible meat sauce, sausage and cheeses. If you are someone who likes to sample several dishes, the "Quattro al Forno" is an excellent dish. The stuffed shells are fantastic. I loved the alfredo sauce! The "Quattro al Forno" also comes with "cheese manicotti, Chicken Cannelloni, and cheese ravioli." All 4 dishes are really tasty, but I would have to say the stuffed shells were my favorite. They are a little on the spicy side!! And finally we come to the cheesecake. The homemade CHEESECAKE. Rich, delicious, and WHAT A PORTION! I am positive with a meal this single piece could easily be split between 4 people and each one be satisfied. We had the raspberry sauce put on the side (one of us is less of a fan of raspberry) and it was incredible. Staff was very friendly, helpful, informative and patient with us. Overall very positive experience and would love to return.

Buca Greenwood was an amazing experience. I picked up the turkey feast for my family. The turkey was moist and tender. Luckily for me there was some left over for a sandwich later.
Out carry out girl, Amanda was perky and funny.
Maybe if I’m lucky she will be my server when we come back.
I highly recommend Greenwood for your next family dinner!!!

this place is awesome. been here several times and it seems the new management has really turned it around. Audrey stopped by our table today to check on us and was very helpful and bubbly. food is always good and huge portions. i recognize alot of the servers each time we go in and they give us great service every time. perfect for celebrations with family.

Food was great. Your server was horrible and rude. It was extremely hot to the point we were fanning ourselves. And even when someone from our party expressed the issues with the manager he blew off that there was a problem. Very unlikely I will ever go back.

The food was very good but way overpriced. They charged us $14 for a Margarita and $16 for a small Caesar salad. 1 basket of garlic bread was $10! I was completely shocked when I got the bill and we eat out quite a bit so I’m used to paying but I really felt like I was bamboozled by this place. If you go be careful to check the prices of everything before you order.

Always been a fan of Buca, normally go to castleton about an hour north of us, won’t be back to the geeenwood store, waiter was the worst we have ever had anywhere and by his actions he knew it, unfortunately it was supposed to be a fun/happy occasion for my 17 year old birthday so we got the table in the kitchen, he showed once the entire meal, fortunately one of the young ladies around was attentive enough to help out at
The end. If you’re going here be careful i am sure most of them Are good because many like him and they won’t be around.

Came here for a dinner date with my daughter earlier this week. Our waitress was amazing however the food wasnt. I ordered the fried mozzarella and it came out and i went to grab one with 2ish mins and it wasnt even hot it was luke warm at best, definitely wasnt freshly fried and definitely wasnt worth 15 bucks for 7 triangles of food. For dinner i ordered the chicken parmigiana, and while it came out hot, it was partially burnt and had a freezer burnt kind of taste to it.

Waited for an hour. Stood watching those with reservations come in and be seated. Only 2 of us. Again stood for an hour only to watch those come in check in and then be seated.
Got to table, not cleaned. One next to it empty and clean. Never had anyone seated at it the two hours we were there!
Server arrived ordered drinks. Husband got 2 as we knew what we were up against.... tables everywhere dirty not getting cleaned.
Got salad, no utensils. Waited five more minutes to get those. Then told 15 minutes for meatballs......done with salad then we got bread and butter delivered. At this point I’m praying to get the entree. Get it finally and no salt or pepper on the table.!?:/-“another wait!
But we got to pay 82.25 and then the tip!
Totally outrageous. No manager checking in with anyone. I’m pretty disappointed!

Wow. Over 2 hours to get our food. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff that refused to listen or take responsibility. And a manager who refused to talk to me about the issues (literally refused to come talk to me). If this was an isolated incident, I would have chalked it up to a bad night. But this is not the first negative experience I have had with the restaurant. I will not be returning and will be actively telling my friends in the area not to give this restaurant their business.

We go annually, as a family, for Valentine’s Day. Last night’s food was just fair. I also think their prices are getting ridiculous. A small calamari appetizer is $16. It’s not as good as the calamari you pay $9 for at other restaurants and it’s the same size. When we left, we decided we’ll probably come up with a new V-Day tradition with the kids.

We were there wth a party of 15. We were in the Pope Room. The Pope Room has a round table that seats 8 to 10 comfortably, 15, not so much. We were very crowded to say the least. The service was horrible. Took 30 minutes for some of us to get silverware. Drinks were very $$$ and the food was very bland.
I was at the Buca di Beppo downtown when they first opened and had a similar experience. Swore then I would never go back. After this past experience with the one on the South Side just confirmed it 100%. I will not be going back to any Buca do Beppo!!

It was very busy but that was to be expected in a Saturday night. After waiting about 20 minutes my party of 5 was seated. We were seated next to a very large group of 12-15 people and right next to the kitchen. It was so so so hot! Incredibly hot. Being winter we were all wearing sweaters. Since they were busy it took quite a while to order, wait, get our food, eat and pay our bill. The heat never let up.
