Ordered a simple Caesar with chicken salad and extra dressing.... did not get extra dressing and it didn’t have any chicken in it. Glad I paid $3 extra for chicken and extra dressing just to not get it. Great job Panera!
Food is fantastic but poor service. I ordered a salad for delivery but never received the dressing. I tried calling the store for 3 hours before someone answered the phone and finally delivered my dressing so I could eat my lunch.
Best experience I've had at a Panera Bread. Their Breakfast Wrap is fantastic, and the oatmeal is really good. It would be advisable to be specific as to what goes into the oatmeal. Mine had pecans, which was okay, for the most part.

If you order rapid pick up, I wouldn't expect your food to be on time. I've ordered pick up from here over 20 times and it's rarely on time. Luckily for them, corporate issues consistent coupons that keep me coming back.
Love their broccoli cheddar soup! My perennial favorite. Lots of sandwich choices and you can even get bakery items.
