Ordered a round hand tossed pizza for deliver maybe an hour ago today online. With a turbo cheese bread. And 3 cups of cheese and 2 cups of marinara. We got a deepdish square pizza. And 1 cup of marinara. When we called to ask what happened to the sauces? He told me to hold on one sec and he will figure it out. Then he hung up the line. When I called back NO ANSWER. Today was my first time having Jets pizza. Somehow I had never heard of Detroit style pizza. I am definitely a fan now. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Crisp and crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. It definitely gave NY style pizza a run for its money. It’s nice to have the option. We will be back!

We ordered a large pizza with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 chicken jalapeno as we always do and pizza places always get this right, but no not this place not in your dreams.
Instead we received a ham and bacon, pineaaple pepperoni with no pizza sauce, only white sauce. When we called and said it is not chicken they said it is, and the lady said that she made it herself I'm posting this immediately after ordering if that's of any help to the business which clearly needs it.
The lady was rude did not want to deliver to us in the first place even though Jet's name and address and phone number is on the key cards of the hotel at the Super 8 we got instead of disgusting over cheesed salty Pizza that we threw away and spent about $20 on after carryout and tip.
The call back we received the same lady who was argumentative saying that we were wrong and the pizza was made right but if that was the case then I would not be throwing it in the trash and burning my money essentially.
The staff needs to be retrained and customer service training people properly getting repeat business and also importantly making pizzas with proper ingredients.

Jet's pizza is one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. The four corner pizza is excellent.

Jet's pizza is very tasty. The people who work there are friendly. However, in this time of Covid-19, either the owner or manager has made the decision that the employees don't have to wear masks, so they don't. This is dangerous and reckless. I like their pizza, but it's not worth getting sick and dying for. This is prepared food that we're talking about, not tools or even canned goods.

We first tried Jets three years ago when we first moved here. The pizza was fantastic as was the salad. Jets became our go to. And then about a year ago, we had an order that took an hour and a half to arrive. We got profuse apologies. Then an order that didn’t come at all. Four calls and four different excuses and promises. We were finally told it was because we ordered on line and they don’t always “look” at those orders. No apologies. No compensation and no pizza.
We gave up on them. Finally a friend convinced us to try again. We called for takeout, thinking we’d have some control of the time. WRONG! We arrived in the 30 minutes we were told and then waited 40 more minutes for our one large pizza. Again, no apology or compensation.
Tonight I called in an order for two large pizzas, a JETS 10 and a veggie., as well as two orders of boneless honey bbq chicken. My son picked the order up and said there was total chaos. People were walking out. The order he brought home was a Jets 10, another pizza that was supposed to be a veggie that had green peppers and olives, and no other veggies, and one order of bone in wings that may be was teriyaki. Disappointing Mother’s Day dinner for me.
Sorry, Jets. We cry “uncle”. You lost this family as customers.
