This Wendy's was an epic fail tonight! They owe us our money back or they need to replace our order. We ordered for curbside pick up. When we got to Wendy's we checked in and waited in the car for over 15 minutes. Finally one of us went in to stand in line and saw our food had been sitting on the counter with a curbside receipt on it. When we confronted the employee he claimed our order had just come up and that they were just too busy to bring us our food yet multiple cars zipped through the drive through while we were waiting and no one was inside. The bag was cold and the ice was melted in our drinks. The employee chose to argue with us instead of make things right. He was full of lies. Can't wait to have cold fast food for dinner and then turn around and have faucet a$$ before bed because we ate cold food from Wendy's!

I placed an order for curbside at 6:11pm. After waiting 10 minutes I went into the restaurant to find out what the delay was. After waiting in line, I told the cashier that I placed a curbside order and wanted to know what the delay was. He asked my name and then I was told my order was sitting on the counter because they "didn't know it was curbside" by a different associate. When I said I didn't request carry out and was not happy that my food was sitting on the counter the guy argued with me that they were "busy" and that my order "had just come out". Which was a lie because by the time I was able to talk to someone after coming into the location another 8 minutes has passed and that bag had been sitting there the whole time. When I explained this, the guy again said, "we are busy". No apology, no offer to remake my order, nothing. By the time I got home to eat, the food was cold and tasted terrible. I wish I had gotten the guy's name. If he was the manager, he shouldn't be as nothing was offered to resolve the issue, not even a simple sorry. Just a "we're busy and didn't know". But they weren't busy. No line at the drive thru, and no long line at the counter. Sounds to me like this is pure laziness and extremely poor customer service. I don't see myself returning any time soon.

This Wendy's has pretty good service, better than most. This last visit, as per usual; they were very well staffed and very pleasant to interact with.
Usually pretty busy during peak hours, especially drive thru.
Will go again!

Terrible service this evening. Not short staffed at all(counted 5 employees at 9.30pm)
Had 4 cars in front of me and it took 29 minutes to get to the order keyosk. Then I had to wait there for an addition 6 minutes. Order my 4 frostys. Got the the pay window and saw this poor girl working all by herself while 3 lazy invited boys sat at the inside register and scrolled their phones. Absolutely ridiculous..

I will never attempt to get food at this wendys again. I went through the drive through tonight around 11:15 (they close at 12:00 according to google). After waiting for a few minutes an employee who was taking out trash stated that they were closed. A little annoyed that they closed early, but That wasn’t really the issue. I went and got food from another fast food place and as I was driving back home I passed the Wendy’s again. I looked and they were serving multiple cars in the drive through! Don’t have your employees LIE to customers just because you all are too lazy to serve people 45 minutes before you close.

It's a Friday nite and went through drive thru. Waited about 15 min to get to the speaker. Placed my order with interaction from the order taker. After placing my entire order he ask me to repeat the entire order cause he didn't get it. I replied geez and some lady (a "Karen") gets on the microphone and rudely tells me I don't have to get rude to him. (I hadn't gotten rude but was frustrated that he didn't get a single item of my order). Decided to drive off instead of giving my money to a company that allows their employees to be rude to customers based on my experience there and many other reviews I've seen

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. They don't take coupons, but don't have any way of informing you until you order(a nice sign would be good). EVERY time the Coke machine can only serve Diet Coke. When my husband asked for them to fix it they said it was just because they were actually out of Coke Zero so the computer is screwed up(maybe try reprogramming it?!). I wasted money buying a fountain drink and then ended up with water because the only drinks available contain aspartame or Splenda which I'm allergic to. We wait forever for our food, and then it's cold when served.
I'm tired of wasting money for sub-par service.

My wife and I went to the drive-thru this evening before 11pm to get food on our way home. We pulled up to the drive-thru prior to 11pm and waited for approximately 5 minutes for someone to answer. As we waited a few minutes with no one answering the order screen shuts off. Called and spoke with the Manager Tiffany and asked what time they closed. She stated they closed at 11pm. I explained to her that we were waiting prior to 11pm in drive-thru when no one answered. She stated that their headsets automatically shut-off at 11pm and there is nothing they can do above that. She stated that the car in front of us was the last order taken and there was no notification inside about another vehicle in the drive-thru. She said they have no way of telling if anyone is at there. As we drove by two employees watched us pull away from store. When I spoke to her via phone there was no apology from the manger in regards to the wait. There was just an argument of there is nothing they can do and basically we weren't there. This hasn't been the first time this has happened prior to closing time...
