We arrived at 7 am very hungry for breakfast after driving from Minnesota. They were short staffed and the few working were doing a GREAT JOB! THE wait staff kept smiles on their faces and did the best they could with what they had to work with or not work with! Food was good, hot. Once again, two thumbs up or five stars for the workers that morning!

This location thinks 6oz of chicken 'feeds 4'. Finally placed an online order after calling to confirm portion size for a 'family size Cobb salad'. You don't get any more chicken than a regular size it seems, at least at this awful location.

Online ordering will let you place an order for a pick up time, put a hold on your card only for them to call you and say they're closed 2 hours earlier than the stated restaurant closing time. Get it together. If you're closed, don't accept online orders!

My dad frequents this location. He called on 1/13/22 3:30pm and placed an order with a young man, but he never received a pickup time. When I called the exact number that he had just called the same young man told me that there was no order. Each time that he answered he said the same address. He hung-up on me and my dad, and now no one is answering the phone. Pathetic how you treat senior citizens.

Was there this morning before the morning rush. So not too busy. We waited for at least 30 minutes before food finally came out, which was odd because the people who were sitting at the counter came in about 15 minutes after us and had already received their food. When we got ours. My grandsons order was wrong. My wife's and my home fries were burnt. One of my sausage patties was still raw on the inside and the French toast was cold. 1st and last time we go to this one.

We’ve been going for the last month or so after our son’s basketball games. The last two times we waited quite a while for a table, the service was slow- and poor. When our son needed more chocolate milk- they needed to make a big deal out of letting us know it wasn’t included- fine- but at least bring us what we order- and IS included. Three of us had items missing as well as one order of pancakes undercooked.

Got home late. Picked up some chicken and noodles to take home to my sick husband. When I got home and served it. I was in for a shock, instead of the tender chunks of white meat we were accustomed to. . We discovered a chicken wing, with dark skin and bones in the soup. I watched in horror as my husband pulled a big leathery piece of chicken skin from his bowl. It was extremely gross. The week before I came in to get a of quart of some of your previously excellent bean soup. But came home instead with some very incredibly watery soup. .When I asked for an updated "to go menu" since the prices and items had changed. The manager explained to me that he didn't have any up dated menus but that I could ask him how much the menu items were and he would hit the buttons on the cash register to pull them up. I was not impressed but asked him about the winter soups. So you can imagine how unimpressed I was when I came in a week later asking where their updated menus were and the manager repeated the same excuses almost verbatim to me again. So my family has concluded that the food, and management of late has been not the same quality that we had become accustomed to at this location We won't be back for a while. We were very, very put off by our last experience. I hope you figure what the problem is..
