The folks of Golden Corral have provided a bounce back from covid. It felt good to enjoy a buffet style dinner. On a Sunday, 2 adults can dine with beverages for $35. The "brand new" reaction of those folks coming in left the restaurant packed and waiting for a seat was about 10-20 minutes. Some chose to exit because it was too much. Those of us who stayed ate on predominantly fresh selections as refilling the buffet was constant. Fried chicken delivered on quality, fresh cold salad bar including the ever popular seafood salad. Cook to temperature steak was tasty. The bakery also delivered with signature rolls and sweet selections for dessert. Treat yourself but be prepared for a busy restaurant. I was not disappointed!

Line was super long but expected since they just opened back up. They were having issues with registers which was fine with me. However a manager who was not wearing a name tag she had red hair, tattoo on arm and glasses, she was quite rude to a older lady in the line across from me. Could definitely use some training on how to talk to people. I had the fried chicken which was delicious, mashed potatoes also pretty good the rolls were fantastic but the Mac n cheese was very very bland just no taste. Corn on the cob was over done as well but I can also see that with it being a Buffet.

Meh.
I wasn't impressed. Some things were ok while a lot of the other foods were extremely bland. Before this location closed, I really enjoyed their bourbon chicken pieces. Now, the rice has absolutely no taste to it and the chicken pieces they used to serve have been replaced with tasteless chicken legs. The fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans were the only things I enjoyed.
A weird thing we did notice were the yeast rolls were on the dessert bar...?? Maybe they should move them by the salad bar.
They had no trays to carry your drinks or silverware. The poor lady in front of me had to carry 5 drinks and all the silverware in her hands.
I'm only giving 2 stars because our waitress, Brianna, was amazing! She kept our glasses filled and took our plates as soon as we were finished with the bland food.
I won't return.

Very busy and I think it was a Lil hot but that is probably because there was more people there than at a Def Leppard concert it was elbow to elbow literally.....

Just visited the newly re-opened Greenwood location. It has been totally redone inside and out. It was super busy with lines out the door. But we didn't have to wait too long. All of the food was hot and fresh and they kept up with the crowd. Our server checked back often to see if we needed anything. Our experience was outstanding! The staff was great. This is the best location we have ever visited. We will be returning often.

They're usually not a let down. I've been back twice since the reopening and love it just as much as before the closure, if not more. Yes it's busy.. probably germ filled... But we don't go to buffets to hyperfocus on those aspect rather how many plates we can scarf down to maximize the cost and enjoy the meal... If you plan to go here, shake off any "Karen features", walk in and binge on their Mac n' Cheese or whatever you're craving.

First the main reason I came was the advertised burger bar for lunch which they didn’t have. Then I asked about chips for the area with taco meat, rice, and jalapeños and they looked at me confused why I would ask for chips or taco shells, and told me no. Also the taco meat looked like soup.
