Went on a Saturday for lunch. Wasn't busy. Very clean. Food was extremely fast. Staff was very pleasant.
Side note: while eating an older couple came in to eat. And the staff was so kind to them. Price was less than they thought it should be but staff explained they qualified for senior discount. S
Flatbread pizza was sad. Manager made a new one so that made up for it. Lasagna was terrible too. Worst was the cleanliness. Dirty dishes everywhere, restrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels. Restrooms were also dirty and smelled awful. Think I'm done with Fazoli's.
The food was great. Came out hot and we didn’t have to wait long. Jordan was awesome. We ate the red velvet cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing also. If in Pooler I highly recommend to try it out.

Usually a great place for a quick bite but on our last visit on 5/5/22, the bread sticks were so over saturated with oil that they were soggy and not edible. When this was brought to the staff's attention they didn't seem to care.
I went in for just breadsticks with a friend. We both ordered a dozen breadsticks each. We sat in the dining room, and the breadsticks were brought out to us. The plate had 10 breadsticks on it. They were hard like they had been sitting it for a while. We never got all of the breadsticks we ordered
