I have ordered from this jimmy johns for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered a sandwich and chips at 11:45am and by 2:30pm I had not received my food. When I called to ask about my order, I was told that someone had sent a message to me that my food was canceled. I never received any such message. THEN I was told someone from my cell number called and canceled the order, which also never happened. I was never reimbursed or offered any way to make the situation right. I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say, you’ve lost a customer. Hopefully, things change and this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I don’t normally post reviews..PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. I specifically went there for the ICE… AFTER I threw up my ice water, I opened my lid, and there it is! Some dirty GUNK in my ice — What makes this situation worse is I called them and the MANAGER DIDNT APOLOGIZE! He told me “I’ll get it cleaned for ya” as if I’m still there. I'M ALREADY GONE. I was planning to go there 3-5 times a week. This is my sign to not invest my money in this company. They LOST MY BUSINESS and I’ll forever tell my story if I here someone bring up jimmy John’s.

I used to love this location but unfortunately, I don’t think that I will be ordering from here again. The last 6… yes 6 times, no straw was added with my drink. They’ve forgotten my drink before. This last time, it had been out for delivery for over 40 minutes, I called to check in it and they said they are still waiting for it to be made. The guy seemed a little clueless or confused. Get it together, people. I know times are tough right now but if you can’t accommodate your customers, use better customer service at the least.

I went to pickup 2 sandwiches for my wife and I. There was 1 single employee working an older gentlemen. There were 3 other people there with multiple sandwiches. The worker got everyone taken care of quickly and he had a great attitude and didn't seem to have an issue being by himself. I know he wasn't the only person on the schedule.

I always order the same thing, veggie sub with customizations and all that, for years. Today it was extra good. I’m pregnant and nausea has been killing me lately. It was really nice to eat something and just feel satisfied. Thank you guys. Also love seeing my favorite delivery driver! Keep up the good work, thank y’all!

Have ordered through DoorDash a few times, which Jimmy Johns does their own delivery for. Each time took over an hour before I got my food. They will mark it delivered way before it even gets to you.

Great food, good prices, friendly workers and their Cherry Coke is delicious. Located next to the Ashley Furniture, the GPS can be a little off but look for Ashley Furniture. Find it then look to the right about 100 feet and there it is.

I can't believe that I have tried to get food delivered 3 times and they charged my card and never showed up! I then have to go to corporate to get my money back!
