Will not return to this location. Their ordering menu was malfunctioning this morning and I attempted to explain this to the male worker, who proceeded to be rude and condescending, then he tried to say I had ordered a multitude of sandwiches, because their system mistakenly printed several receipts while I was attempting to order one sandwich. They open far too late to be convenient for commuters who wish to purchase breakfast prior to work. There’s also quite a language barrier, but they don’t seem to be concerned with communicating properly with their customers.

Almost every time I go inside this subway, they can’t accept coupons. Drive-thru works fine but trying to use it in the lobby never works. I usually have an ok experience at this location but the past time I visited, I noticed the employees were not changing their gloves after handling money. I would rather wait for someone to change their gloves before handling my food than to get my order done faster. Cleanliness & friendliness over speed.

Loved this location because of the drive thru… but the customer service is probably the worst I have ever seen. The quality of the food is below standard. They are getting three 6 inch sandwiches out of a 12inch loaf it seems. The cheese is one triangle per sandwich. We went in one day hoping it would be better but noticed that the lady doing the order in front of us touched all the food and then cash and then stuck her hand in the lettuce again. There was no changing of gloves. Just continued to go to the next customer. We left that day. We keep giving it a chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but today was our last time going there. The lady in the drive thru ran our card. Then came back and insisted we didn’t pay. We reminded her she had our card and showed where it was pending in our bank account and she said there was a problem with their machine and we needed to pay cash to get our food. Words can’t convey how idiotic and scam like this location is. We still have the pending charge and no food.

Order was completely wrong so I went to get it remade. The woman behind the counter told me to make sure I push the button for help next time after blaming me for my food being incorrect. Well am I the one who forgot my cheese? Not to mention the other sandwich they messed up but my husband was too nice and hungry to speak up. Terrible service and experience to say the least.

It's biggger better..newly opened. Extremely clean facility. Very specious and all the new machines. Owned and operated by Indian decent family and they are very friendly. Love coming to this place for a quick grab. They even have drive thru

We went in on sunday and from the start before we started ordering the lady who claimed to be the “owner” and she kept on starting at us giving us looks while having no hairnet on and touching multiple surfaces with the same gloves, and when she saw that i was getting upset and told my family member about her staring. She came over to our table while on the phone and told me what did you say and told us to get out and as yelling. I have never been cowrie fed such rude and nasty people ever she continued to use her phone with the same gloves

They don't speak English and I'm from Southport /Greenwood / Indianapolis/…. They will not take my coupon but for the life of me I don't know why because of the English barrier.
🤬🤬🤬🤬 THEY should have left it the low-cost pharmacy or at least hired someone that could speak English.!
