First time I have ever tried Popeyes and it was an experience. I walked in the door about a half hour before noon and didn’t receive a chicken sandwich until 12:15. They told me that no one thawed out the chicken when they arrived in the morning. I understand that there is a shortage in employment, but I expected a little better service. I had to watch a customer request a refund because they were waiting so long for their order. As for my meal, the chicken sandwich was good, and I recommend. The fries were good, but slightly too seasoned (my opinion).

The past five times I've been to this location, my order has been wrong and normally I'd mention it so I could get it corrected but it takes at least twenty minutes to get through the drive thru lane and another thirty minutes for them to apparently make cook more chicken. I don't know what happened to this place but I definitely won't be coming back.
Not to mention the tenders we were waiting close to an hour for to be made were stone cold when we got them. Great job.

Went through the drive through and was served quickly, i could tell the young man at the window was having a rough day, when putting the drinks in the drink carrier for me my bag of food was accidentally knocked off the counter. I told him if nothing spilled I’d still take it, it was no hassle but he told me to pull around and they’d bring it out fresh in just a minute. I didn’t wait long and the manager brought it out to me in the rain with a smile still on his face and apologized again and told me to have a good night. When i looked in the bag i was missing some sauce and mashed potatoes so i pulled back through and they immediately got it going for me, getting me fresh potatoes, loaded me up with sauces, and threw in 2 free cookies for everything all still with smiles on their faces, very pleasant attitudes, and an apologetic demeanor. I ended up tipping the manager and the young man working the window because things happen, it’s life. I was in no rush to get anywhere and was just grateful that they were so on top of making sure they made things right while still staying positive and not getting any sort of bad attitude with me, even though i could tell it had been a long day. I’m never the type of person to complain, but i will always commend someone for still pushing through with a smile even when things get rough. I wasn’t upset by any means for any of the things that happened solely because of how kind the workers were to me and that they fixed everything with no issues. Great customer service here, great food, and i will definitely be back just for those two things!

Left waiting for my mobile order today while they "found it". The food was all cold. There were 5 tenders not 6 and no sauce, not even for the kids meal. Very disappointed. I frequent here but after today I'll just drive a little further to Indy where food is always fresh.

4/9/22~We decided to grab dinner from the drive-thru and take it back to our hotel room to enjoy. There is a Popeyes down the street from us back home, but unfortunately, the service there is beyond subpar, so we joked about having to come all the way here to get good quality food and service. Lol! My only issue was that there was no regular dark meat prepared (without a half hour + wait) and the only options were spicy flavored dark meat or regular flavored chicken breasts. We didn't want to wait so we got breast & spicy dark meat meals. We enjoyed our meals!

This would be zero stars if possible. We have eaten here once before and just wasn’t impressed, but my mom wanted to come and try it, she says it always looks so good on TV! So I thought, ok, I’ll give it another try and see how it goes….unfortunately it sucked. I brought her here as part of her Mother’s Day gift. We arrived shortly before noon and placed our order, which was almost $50 for 4 people. We sat down and waited and waited and waited some more, we watched everyone in the drive thru get their food and a couple of people who also came in to place an order, received their food before us. After 25 mins of waiting I politely went to the counter and asked what the hold up was…the guy stated he was fixing it and he was waiting on chicken. He also apologized for being shorthanded. 15 more mins passed and finally my husband had had enough! He went to the counter and demanded a refund. We then left, mad and hungry! So down the road to Chic-Fil-A we went, where we placed an order and received it in under 5 mins, and might I add, they were PACKED!!!!! But they still did it with a smile on their face, pleasant words and FAST!!!! Take a lesson Popeyes, you’re losing business left and right! Shortly after we walked out, so did another family who had also been waiting! You don’t serve people who came in after other people… get it together!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Stood in line for over 10 mins before she waited on one person. Took their order then ignored everyone else except for the door dashers. There was a lady who went around the drive thru twice then told to come in. Employees running their hands thru their hair then handling the food🤢. Girl at front stating she didn’t know what was going on!!! Needless to say we left!!! No food for us.

The employees at this location are a bunch of rude, lazy and incompetent slobs. Seriously, the worst fast food experiences I've had have come from this Greenwood Popeye's. Also, they're so weird and greedy when it comes to dipping sauces. The constant gatekeeping of what types of pieces of chicken you can get sauces for is really annoying. They said that they're "not allowed to give sauces with the chicken sandwiches." Says who?? It's just so strange. And they get so defensive if you mention that they forgot/screwed up part of the order.
