Stopped by it around noon, 2 weeks ago... the place inside looks filthy, only few choices of donuts available, the rest are "sold out".. donuts are not fresh. Waited on the cup of coffee for 15 minutes (order was only 2 donuts and 1 cup of coffee). Custer service is just absent. Do not recommend this shop. And will avoid it in future

If you want your allergies to be ignored and your order to be constantly wrong this is the right Dunkin for you! Ive never experienced slower and worst service from a Dunkin. They’ve ignored my gfs dairy allergy (when she’s explicitly stated it) to the point where I no longer use the drive thru I go in store to watch them make it. My bagel with cream cheese usually has the bare minimum (picture below). The older cashier is literally the only saving grace here.

I ordered on the mobile app. I walked in with two other groups of customers. They got in line to place their order. They both received their orders before me. They ordered coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. I had only ordered a matcha latte and some donuts. After they were serviced the lady asked me if I had a mobile order. I said yes, she made me my drink and proceeded to hand me it without the donuts and a straw. They did not have any straws sitting out for me to grab myself. I told her I also had donuts. She said we only have two different kinds left. I did not respond right away because I was in disbelief at the horrible service I had received. She looked at her coworker and said I’m going to the bathroom and walked away without getting me any donuts. Very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the drink she had made. I’ve ordered this drink multiple times and she didn’t put enough of the matcha powder in there. I will not be going back to this Dunkin location.

Their line is always ridiculously long. It isn't a fast moving line either, it is turtle slow. Waited over 30 mins one morning & they still hadn't taken our order, it wasn't like we could leave either as we were blocked in. Their donuts are good but their coffee is too sweet.

I had to throw away the coffee because it was absolutely horrible! It tasted extremely bitter as if it had been sitting on a burner for a long time. I had purchased a muffin and coffee and had given a $10 bill to pay for it. I was told I could not get a receipt because the computer was down. Therefore I could not prove that I had received the wrong amount of money back. I was only given a dollar and some change. Therefore the cost of a medium coffee and a muffin cost me a little over $8. I will never go back to that Dunkin Donut because this is not the first time I've had problems there.

They threw away my gift card AND my receipt and then charged me full price and when I asked for it back if they weren’t going to use it they pretended I didn’t know what I was taking about because I didn’t have the receipt that they wouldn’t give me! Coffee was trash never going again

New management thank God!!! 🙌🏼 I’ve avoided going here at all costs due to extremely poor customer services and long wait times. However, the last 2 times I’ve been they taken care of me quickly, efficiently, and very kindly. If you’ve been avoiding this place please go check them out again because the new people working there deserve a chance to make it a better place! ♥️

I’m only giving 5 stars for one worker that is in there everytime I come. She is always running the front and the window and even tho that seems so overwhelming she always has a smile and a pleasant tone. Diamond, I would like to thank you for all your hard work! And I hope you make it far in the company!!
