Had an extremely sub-par experience at this Qdoba location. We arrived an hour and a half before close and although there was no line behind us, the staff completely rushed us down the line. It was to the point where we couldn’t even finish what we were saying before they moved on to the next question/ingredient. It was extremely rude and off putting. Not to mention, they were practically throwing the ingredients in the bowls and I ended up with sour cream soup because he carelessly doused my bowl with it. I got the impression that they were trying to clean up and close early.
I was also extremely disappointed that they were out of fajita vegetables and were not in the process of making new ones.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting anything super fancy from Qdoba, but I do know what the baseline experience is like and this was the worst.

They're ok. Soda machine was out-of-order. No clean tables yet several idle staff. The burrito was good, so it equals out (I guess).

I do not recommend this location. I visited last night and wish I would've went somewhere else. They were out of almost all meats. The staff was very immature. They were just goofing off behind the counter and not taking any customers serious. The boy making the walk-in orders was not paying attention at all as he was making the orders. The restaurant was also filthy. I was highly disappointed.

I've eaten at this location 2 times and both times the food did not taste fresh, bar was dirty and dining area was dirty. This was 30 min after the location opened. The pop machine looked as though it hasn't been wiped down in days. If I can see all of this from my seat, how dirty is the kitchen?

The restaurant was filthy. The staff was standing around joking and talking about TikTok The food was depleted. No soft drinks in the fountain machine. No lettuce. No white rice is ready. Very sad. I still had to pay $20 for food that was old at best. I hope I don’t get sick. Last time I go there.

Visited last night on 27 May 2022. This place was filthy and disgusting. The staff was terrible. They were almost out of everything. As I was waiting for my online order, I counted 4 people walking out. Our online order was not right. My steak quesadilla was not edible, I wish I would’ve taken a pic before throwing in the trash. This is the second time in a row we have experienced the same results from this restaurant in the last few months. I give most places the benefit of the doubt, but this place has some serious issues going on. You’ve been warned. Eat there at your own risk. I will say, there was an older lady (non-teen/high school) working the front line who seemed to be the only one who cared and was thinking on her feet while management was missing - kudos to her for stepping up. Unfortunately everyone else on the staff could’ve cared less.

I went here because Panda’s card machine was down and I didn’t want to hit up an atm for cash. I saw Qdoba and thought it would be a nice alternative. I should have driven to the atm.
The chicken was burnt, dried out, and cold like it had been sitting all day. It was the same with the steak. Chips were cold and stale when usually I go to a Qdoba they are warm and flavorful. The queso was maybe a quarter of the cup for a family of four and cold. It was very disappointing. There were also 5 staff members working when I arrived. Only 1 serving and 1 working pick up orders. Overall quality and service were very disappointing. I would have submitted this via a receipt review but they do t have a link on the receipt or their website to rate your order and provide feedback so I am leaving my feedback here. I do not recommend this location. I’ll drive to Southport next time or stick with Panda Express.

I haven't had bad luck at any restaurant/quick eat than this one. They were closed this evening. Last time they didn't have steak. The time before they didn't have veggies and queso. Crew is inexperienced. Pricing is inconsistent.
