I go here often and they never have the Mac and cheese. I’m not sure why they even advertise as they’re always out. Decent food and usually nice people. But had a rude woman tonight.

Ice machine in the lobby desperately need a cleaning. Fries were not fresh tasting. I notified the young looking manager on duty an felt my alerts fell on deaf ears.
I was in line at 9:53 at the drive through. And the the employees took forever to get prepared someone’s food that when we got to the speaker after waiting in line for 7 minutes before arbys apparently closed at 10 they told us that they where closed and can’t serve us. Horrible customer service. W
Actually I'd give it a 3+. Very good for fast food, but slightly overpriced for what you get. I've had really good luck with the customer service several times in a row and got everything I ordered going through the drive thru, which is better than most.
Pretty good customer service the food was fresh. If you are looking for something quick but you're tired of burgers this is a good option.
My husband went to grab us a late dinner and it showed they were open until 12 AM and it was confirmed by Arbys two weeks ago the hours were accurate. There was a line of cars and they told everyone through their Drive-Thru that they were close?! Really!
