This place has a issue with customer service.
We ordered a $56 order online, and were greeted with a line that wrapped around the building. We arrived before closing however, they closed the dining room. We tried to call the store after 30min, to cancel our order, however we got nothing put dial tone. We called the corporate number too and after following the prompts, it would ring then go silent then disconnect. They had 6 people working inside so the understaffed claim is a joke. When we made it to the speaker box, we told them our name and requested fresh fries for the order, due to us sitting in line for 1hr. We were quickly told no, the order was made. They also refused to give us a physical receipt. We opted to check our order before we left and by the grace of God, we didn't even have fries in our bag. The young man at the window was calm and fetched us a fresh fry after us proving the fry was not in the bags. After getting home and going through the meal more, we found that they didn't add our extra piece of chicken, we received none of the 3 cookies that were supposed to be in the order and subbed our large coleslaw out for mashpotatos and gravy, and didn't even tell us. I love KFC, but not this type of service. I will be going to Popeye's in the future for better service......😔

Waited 25 mins in the drive tru to place the order. We ordered for a large Popcorn chicken and got very small portion of popcorn chicken served in a small fries container!!
I went inside to talk to the crew and they said this is LARGE!!!! . Attaching the photos for your reference.
Kind of Bad experience and it is required to provide better customer service to keep the fame!

They were out of so many things. No biscuits. No fries. I came a few hours before closing too! Their employees seem to hate their job. Their parking lot is a disaster! I suggest going extremely slow or you're going to mess your tires up! Do not recommend! Go to another location!

Well I spent 21.00 and change for two freaking meals. After our order they came to the window and said I'm sorry we don't have any dark meat will you take white meat my husband said sure but it's dry. So then they come and give us our food and we proceed to leave the store. We get home and I open up my box that's supposed to have four strips of chicken strips fries and dipping sauce which I asked for ranch in the box there was only four chicken strips. Didn't even give me a receipt at the window I am so sick and tired of fast food restaurants they don't check their bags before they hand them out they don't make sure the orders are correct or nothing but yet they want us to spend high dollar amounts on their food. I know I won't be going back to that KFC.

I was excited to try this kfc since the renovation.. it was disappointing. The line moved fairly quick, but at the menu board it sounded like we had two people talking to us. We were mid order with the first person when the second person said ‘hooooola’ we were so confused since we were already ordering. Once we got our food they quickly shut the door and the girl got on her phone, so we waited for someone else to notice us to get sauce. Get home and the mashed potatoes are literally powder. I guess I’ll be going to Popeyes from now on too

I’d give negative stars if I could. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru before we even got up to the window to order and then had to wait 10 more minutes before they even took our order. They were completely out of fries so they subbed our sides with a scoop of mashed potatoes (no gravy) and they didn’t even include any sauces we asked for. My boyfriend went into the restaurant for sauces and had to wait another 10 minutes to get them because they were dealing with a situation of mixed up orders. The service is consistently HORRIBLE at this location and it’s absolutely ridiculous that this hasn’t been addressed. I hate to be the kind of person to complain about service but this place is an absolute joke.

You know I've been going to KFC a long time over 50 years and I don't remember ever having to wait on an hour for them to process the chicken into a bucket. To add insult into injury it wasn't even a correct order. I will say the chicken was cooked completely which is expected. The wait staff was a bit less desirable and had the articulate vocabulary of someone recently released from prison. I will not for any reason go back. Outside Colonel Sanders been alive he would have confiscated her thing and left.
