My wife and I decided to go there for lunch. I ordered the bone in ribeye with loaded baked potato and my wife had the rib and chicken tender combo platter. Our food was very good! Drinks were good too!

Had a couple minor issues that I brought to their attention but Stacey went above and beyond to resolve them! His customer service was outstanding! They had the best sweet tea I’ve ever had and the food was delicious!

We hadn’t been to Greenwood Ocharleys in a longtime, now I know why. We were going to give them a try. I got Salmon and my husband got ribs and fries. The food was cold and no good at all. The service was not good either he was more interested in the people behind us which they complained about food cold which he took back and she got something else. Salad is more doesn’t come with meal. The worst part is we both got sick about a hour later I am sure it was food poisoning. Just awful

Ok, so I ordered to go to my hotel. After seeing so many positive reviews, I expected greatness! Sadly, it was barely mediocre. My broccoli was so overcooked that it crumbled upon picking it up with my fingers (since they didn't include any utensils). I sat in my hotel room and had to eat my ribeye like a savage with blood running down my chin because it was undercooked. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was mostly inedible because the sauce was burnt to the sides of the container. Maybe this place is great to dine in at but I'd never recommend ordering take out.

We were wondering where the usual 6pm crowds were as we entered and we found our answer. The chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. As I was chewing I thought there was a bone in one of the tenders but no, it was what appeared to be a rorocky! My husband ordered catfish but received flounder. He didn't say anything but the waiter approached him and said the order wasn't correct. The waiter then said he would talk to the manager. He came back and said the manager is willing to take 20 or 30% off. Again, we never said a word. The bill was still $30. Definitely not a $30 meal.

The food was good but I ordered a take out with no drink. I got a 6 ounce sirloin with baked potato and salad. The steak comes with two sides but if you have a salad as one of your sides it's 1.98 extra so my 6 ounce sirloin was 17.25 and I think that is ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back

I've been coming here since working in Greenwood and I've never had an issue BUT this time....I got a to go order and steak was WAY over cooked, the broccoli which is usually delicious was crunchy and had grey spots on it like it was old.
I've never gotten sick after eating anything... except this time. It'll be awhile before I can bring myself to coming back here and hopefully that'll be enough time for them to get it back together.

The menu changes are terrible. Not much that looked that good. With only two pasta meal choices, I ordered the Louisiana Blackened Chicken with fettuccine. They brought it but forgot the chicken. The dish they brought was just peppers, onions and fettuccine. I asked about my chicken so, then, she brought me four tiny pieces of chicken about the size of half of my little finger. If it hadn't been for the cream sauce, there would have been no flavor.
With the menu changes, I doubt I will go back. One of the best dishes they had was the prime rib pasta but they got rid of it.
Sad. It used to be our favorite restaurant but it has gone down so much.

Took for ever for food to come out, server had a shit ass attitude, and my food was inedibly wrong. The manager is the one who ran Pizza Inn into the ground after Mr . John sold it so it's no wonder this place has gone to shit.

I feel like they have changed their recipe seasoning on the sirloin steak. It's way to salty now to enjoy it. Now, speed of service is nice. But need more time to finish your salad before they bring out the main dish. Other than that it's normally pretty good. I also like how they discount my bill for being a disabled veteran or veteran in general.

O’Charley’s is a great place to eat and drink - my girl and I started with Margaritas and appetizers- I ordered Potatoe Soup and Salad and she had a Veggie Plate - zHubby ate a Full Pecan Salad I got his crispy chicken. - he’s doing the Vegan thing again and doing very well No Meat at all since 1 November ( lost 14 lbs) - Johnsonnand Grady had Pastas with Chicken - the unlimited rolls are delicious with the sweet butter - we all left there on Full - the food was Wonderful!

We chose O'Charley's in Greenwood SC for our date night on 8/2/14 because we had great food and service the last time we ate there. Tonight was a disaster. Other than the excellent service by our waitperson, the evening was memorable for all the wrong reasons. I order the steak and chicken tenders meal and a side salad. The lettuce was old and wilted. The chicken was so salty that I was grateful to have a beer to wash it down. The sirloin steak, which was supposed to be medium rare, was past well done. The server took it back to the kitchen to get a replacement. After a 15 minute plus wait, she called the manager to our table. The manager had the audacity to blame the waitperson for the lousy food. But she did take my meal off the bill. That is not enough to get me to go back there again. There is a restaurant with better food and management across the street.

My son and I decided to go after baseball practice and the serves was Great! The Waitress we had was very friendly and down to earth. She checked on us a lot even she was very busy with other tables as well. Food was great, and we enjoyed our evening dinning in.

I love eating at O'Charleys . We were there Sunday for Easter dinner and had a large party, which is not easy at all for a server. We had the best service we had gotten there in a long time! Great service and great food! Will definately go there again.

I personally love this restaurant and love the food,when it's right.I have lived in greenwood going on 2 years now and come to this restaurant very frequently. I don't know who they have working in the kitchen but 9 out of 10 times I visit this location either my food gets messed up or the service is bad.I can say that the manager has always taken care of my orders or service we have received in the past although this visit was different.I ordered Cajun chicken pasta with no onions no peppers as always and a kids chicken strip meal with two soft drinks,the waitress was great and did everything perfect although the kitchen let me down once again.Thats right again,I'm sitting here in the parking lot of the restaurant wondering why I even come back after time and time again having things go wrong well,because typically I get the customer service I deserve. I told the manager of this location directly about my food being wrong and he fixed it for me to go because by the time I got it my kid was done eating have no idea if it's even right, then when I look at my receipt.I was charged 2 times for my food!So I tell the manager,at this point I'm pissed but keep my composure due to working in customer service myself. I personally felt as if the manger acted like he made the mistake and said he would fix it,my bank statement online says differently. I personally hate the fact that I have so many problems at my home location because I love the restaurant.More I sit here and write my feelings and waste my valuable time voicing my opinion,well now I regret coming and do not even want the dang pasta I got charged twice for. I will never return to this location due to how I was treated my the manager tonight acting as if myself getting billed twice for dinner is ok then letting me walk out knowing I was upset. Im so tired of having to constantly complain�

The crispy honey drizzled fried chicken was ok but the wife ordered pecan chicken tender salad and after she picked the brown , un edible lettuce out , she discovered that there was some chicken in there, 4 pieces about the size of an m&m. Have had better.

I've always loved o Charley's but this last visit was so so. I never got my soup. My steak was over cooked. We got our pie to go and when we got home one was half way melted only live 5 mins from there and my husband got the wrong kind. We went for lunch and it almost took two hoursssss and we almost got charged for something's we didnt get or order. #alwayscheckyourebill
