I haven't eaten at a Reb Lobster in years, but found myself at the Hampton Inn next door on business travel. Had the wed night Steak and Lobster special. Steak was cooked perfect. Lobster was right on. Manager came out to see how food was. Waitresses where friendly! Easily deserved the 5 stat rating.

Update 1/26/21: this is the 2nd time I've been shorted on the Artichoke dip. I took pics this time so I can prove it. Called the last time & the manager said she fixed it herself and denied shorting me. Told her I'd ordered this several times & know when I'm being shorted. So I hung up on her, after refusing to go back for a new dip & me and her having a constant back & forth between us. Today, 1/26, I got the dip again, and took a pic of the container when I saw it was short again! Dip was fixed an inch below the top of the container. Don't come for me b/c I will post the pics. Tired of paying $10.98 w/ tax for DIP that I'm being shorted on. The workers act like it's their dip or something. And they used to be really good about bringing the order out to your car without having to text or call in. Now, you have to call in (option 3 I was told smartly when I called in today). Starting to hate coming here.

My husband brought me here for a surprise lunch date. From the time we walked in the door until we left we were treated like our server had known us for years. She was very friendly while remaining professional, providing the kind of service that will bring customers back. I had crab legs and my husband had a salmon and shrimp dish. We were both pleased with our meal and left satisfied.
