This use to be our go to in Greenwood but omg. The inside is just nasty! Tables weren’t clean ceiling falling in and no clean up around they area that it was falling. The folks here are just amazing but the food is sub par at best. When I eat Captain D’s my anxiety on the state of our nation goes through the roof. This place is just bad and I blame the people of greenwood for keeping the doors open in this place. Shame on you and may god have mercy on you soul .

When I finally after an hour got my order all I got was baked potatos French fries okra (lots of okra) hush puppies I didn't want and no condiments except for a few packets of cocktsil sauce and butter

No Mac and cheese or Cole slaw

Love going into here and ordering what I really want. It's fast and the customer service is excellent. Give it a shot you won't be disappointed!!
I want a partial refund. Drove all the way back home to waterloo after coming here. Got the fish & shrimp meal. I got no shrimp. Both meals come with hush puppies & I got no hush puppies. I’ve left my phone number on your voicemail. I want to speak to someone
For the most part, most of the food was good. My husband and I didn't care for the corn, it didn't have any flavor or butter on them (I fixed them up). I ordered grilled fish with shrimp with lemon pepper on it, but it didn't have much on it and the fish was overcooked.

The food is really great. Post Covid a lot of restaurants aren't that great but Captains D has been good. I always enjoy the meals from there.
Food is as adequate as it's always been but the building itself and service is lacking. Employees were rude and service slow. Several booths have been roped off for some weeks now due to damaged ceiling tiles that have yet to be replaced. Tables and seats were also sticky.
