For one the phone number listed is not the right phone number. I tried calling because I got an Egg Normous burrito that was SUPPOSED to have bacon and sausage on it. However, there was only bacon and very little at that. This place has gone down hill fast. Lack of help is NOT an excuse as I was literally the ONLY customer there at the time. I will NOT ever go back. Now I see why no one else was there and I was the only customer. đ First picture was what they gave me, second picture is how it's suppose to be made. đ€ŠđŒââïž Get it together or CLOSE the place down!!

Food was better and the Drive thru service was good. New person with a professional friendly attitude service us with a friendly smile instead of the one we normally get. Hire people to help make money, not run your Customers away. The Best Burgers overall. Just improve your service.

one of the employees brought her kids to work. The kids were climbing all over the tables and seating. They would not leave us alone. They were in our face and asking the same questions over and over and coughed in our food. No sweet tea and they wouldn't even make it. Poor quality food.

My son and I have left this place! We ordered two Double Bacon Kings and we received two whoppers with onions and tomatoes! We both canât eat onions! We drive up here from a small town in South Georgia on our way to Erskine College for a basketball camp! Weâre going to bed hungry! I am very discussed right now!

The food was bad,cold and old. Debit was down,so the very unfriendly manager asked me to go to the drive thru lol. I told her to pls take 3 steps and ring my order up at the drive thru. She looked at me for head to toe and finally did. Unbelievable how these females treat their customers. As if we were their children. All this was uncalled for. Well the neighbors dog got good dinner,because it sure wasn't anything I was going to consume.

Slow and unprofessional. They need new staff. The experience at this burger king is the worst I've ever experienced from a bk chain. Take your money and go to McDonald's or cook at home

Charged me for onion rings even though the lady said they didn't have any. I asked if she took it off, she said yes, but my total went up. when I asked for a receipt, she said that the machine was broken. I asked if they could print off the receipt from the front and I could just go inside and get it, then I got snapped at, "No! if you order in the drive thru, u can't get a receipt!"

It was unreal. Not only did they took 15 minutes to prepare my food while I was the only one at the drive through, they gave me 7 fries!!!! 7!!! I paid for 8$ combo and I get 7 fries. Worst service I ever received from a Burger King. Don't recommend this place to anyone!
