WORST PLACE EVER!!!! IF YOU TAKE TOO LONG TO ORDER THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU'RE READY TO ORDER. THE LINE WAS TERRIBLY LONG. ITS AWFUL GOOD PPL CAN'T ORDER THEY FOOD WITHOUT EMPLOYEES GETTING MAD!! GO HOME!!!! WHATEVER HAPPENED WELCOME TO MACDONALDS MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER??? THEY SO MAD, WHY? DISRESPECTFUL TO THE ELDERLY...BAD EMPLOYEES. THEN IT BE THE SUPERVISOR OR THE MANAGER!!! ALTITUDE ALL DAY. STAY HOME ALL DAY...THE PUBLIC DON'T NEED YOUR NASTY ALTITUDE!

It's a 50/50 here. Breakfast is always fresh but it may not be what you ordered so be sure to check your food before you leave. And be sure if you don't want it on the burger that you specifically say that multiple times and expect it to still be there. Good Luck!

Worst experience ever at a McDonalds. 45 minute wait at dual drive thru at 10:30pm only to receive food that was not prepared properly, stalest bread I’ve ever been served and stone cold. Either the staff is incompetent, doesn’t care or is just plain stupid. I understand the difficulties in hiring these days but if this is the best you can do you should just close the doors!

You all need to revamp your cashiers, visited tonight, cashier was just as unconcerned, took her time before she took my order, no Thank You or nothing, took my money and walked away. Asked someone else to fix my ice cream, it took so long I walked out. First thing she did wrong was actually leaving home for work with a black head wrap on her head. I know that’s not part of the uniform, she had a bad attitude, and her clothes were dingy. You all need to do better. She’s the type of employee that had given you all a bad name. Just down right disappointed.

Horrible service..this was on a Sunday about 12:30pm. I had to correct the lady twice on a small order and she still didn't get it right it was 2 fries and two mc doubles. Honestly I'm not surprised she didn't get it right because she had 2 or three people beside her all talking and giggling about something outside of work. I'm not going back to this place. Good luck getting your raise lol

Ordered tea with our meal in the drive through. Was given an orange colored drink. When pointed out that we ordered tea, we were told it WAS tea. It most definitely is NOT tea.

First of all I've been going to this McDonald's for about a year now and today was the first time EVER EEVVEERR that I got a pie with my large meal, nobody even told me that that was a thing, I've never even been offered at any other McDonald's. Kudos on that!!!
Next and last thing, next time someone orders a large meal can you plz make sure the fries aren't cold and that it is a actual large 🍟 and not a medium 🍟 a large carton. Thanks.

I've had enough of this mcdonalds. Yesterday was then last day I will go through their drive-thru and give them then opportunity to mess up my whole order. It never fails! Every single time! Missing food from them bag....just so over it!

They are way too slow,and never get your order right unless you check your bag before you leave the window it makes No sense that Chick-fil-A can be so fast and McDonald's can be so slow!!!

Went by to simply get a tea in the drive thru and they would not accept any payment in the drive thru except cash... But you could walk in and pay with cards if you would like... Smh

Manager was EXTRA ghetto... Ashley was her name I believe... Called me a liar about my order because SHE bagged my food, she was so sure it was right but gave me an extra 4 piece chicken nugget that I didn't even order.... Also tried to talk about me (a paying customer) calling me a liar to her other customers and Co workers as I'm waiting for my food.... Worst customer service EVER and I'll be sure to go during the day since she was sure to let the entire place know she was upset because she couldn't go on break, but had a line wrapped around the building and a full lobby.... NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE.... the unprofessionalism and ghettofabulousness is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

How can someone just walk in and say give me some fries & the girl goes & gets the lady some fries & puts them in a bag & hands them to her..she DIDN'T pay for them...and the manager didn't say a word. So..was she an employee?? Do employees get free food? Or was it because they were friends and she got free food????? And y'all want $15 an hour???But where you place your order at, the lady says your total is $23.20 & then I get up to the window to pay & she says your total is $25.06. I tell her what she said my total was & ask what happened. She said oh I forgot to look at the total after taxes. So okay I let that go..THEN I get to the window where you pick your food up at & they didn't have sissys buffalo sauce they gave her bbq when I ASKED for buffalo when I placed the order...THEN they didn't give me honey mustard THAT I ORDERED WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. The lady said well she didn't ring you up for honey mustard..I said nicely, ma'am I ORDERED it. She kept saying we'll you didn't pay for it. I told her that wasn't my fault she didn't put it on my order. She said no but it will be 10 cent a pack. I go to hand her my debit card to pay the 30 CENT and then she said oh well here you don't have to pay for them!!! And sissys yogurt was HOT!!! I will NOT BE GOING BACK AT ALL!!!! HIGHLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
