The staff was young and friendly. They seemed eager to serve us. The bartender was very attentive and made sure we had "adequate " drinks. We felt really good by the time we left.

Ordered the filet medium rare, it was perfectly done and perfectly seasoned. The bartender Ashley, was amazing she provided knowledge of the product and offered recommendations. Sergio’s is a definite must try when in Greenwood.

I had high hopes for this place. I ordered a ceasar salad with blackened chicken on top. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked or stored with fish. So I ordered chicken Alfredo. My pasta tasted and smelled like it had been cooked in filthy, week old dishwater. I was appalled to say the least. I didn't complain because I'm not that type but I surely won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

I enjoyed dinning in, the steak was good and the Black Berry Margaritas 🍹was so new to me and was enjoyable. I had to rush there though, to get there before they were closed after I got off work. Just wish the kitchen could stay open a little later.......

Our server did not serve the order as published in the menu. She never corrected the problem and we had to actually show her the item on the menu to prove it was wrong. In addition, there was no salt and pepper and no bread or olive oil on the table. When requested,we got a basket with five very small pieces of bread with the explanation there was no more ready (7 were at our table and 8 at another). They never brought more bread. The person who brought the salt and pepper and bread needs an attitude adjustment and the server needs some training. Two of us split the wrongly served order and we never got another plate even though it was requested. One of us used the little bread plate. One good comment..the sauteed spinach was delicious.

Maybe it was just a bad night, but tonight when my coworkers and I went for dinner it was not great at all. It took 20 minutes between our appetizers and salads to get to the table. The little things we asked for, like extra ranch or silverware, we never received. We didn't worry about it the first time, but the 2nd and 3rd time we were a little frustrated. When our food finally came out, it was below standards. Our food was cold and my food was overcooked and hard. The butter had already started to solidify on my plate. We had to get silverware from another table. Finally, a coworker went to the kitchen door to ask for what we needed, only to see workers on their phones, laughing and talking with food sitting in the window. When we received the check our waitress "accidentally" added gratuity to our check. There was only 5 of us. To top things off, our server was the manager. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the service. The hostess, Angel, took better care of us than our server. Normally the food is great when we order for lunch, tonight was not worth the headache we went through.

Food was great and plentiful. We (party of 5) mostly ate from the pasta selections and all were delicious. The shared calamari appetizer was excellent. I opted for a half dozen hot tamaIes and a large Greek salad for my entree and they were a super taste treat. Service was excellent and friendly. We were dining early, 5 PM, on a Friday night with a light crowd due to the early hour. If in Greenwood, try Serio's, you'll enjoy it.

I know it was a very crowded night, with over a thousand cyclists in town for Bikes, Blues & Bayous, but service was extremely slow and the grilled chicken on my chopped salad was as near rubber as I've ever eaten. Clearly they weren't prepared for this big a night!

After running late on our day trip to Greenwood, we arrived in town looking for a lunch spot. We were referred to Serios by a sweet young lady at Fincher's. Because it was 1:30 p.m., I called first to be sure we could still be served. I was told yes we would be. We arrived to find the hostess sitting on the couch talking on the phone. When she finished her call (about 3 or 4 minutes) we were seated. A very sweet waitress came and took our drink orders. Five minutes or more passed when the waitress returned to tell us that the kitchen was closed. She was very apologetic especially when I told her I'd called first and she saw how upset we were. She told us we could speak to the manager but we chose to leave. We feel this is not an appropriate way to run a restaurant that advertises "serves lunch until 2:00." We will not be back!
