Warm and cozy atmosphere. Friendly, fast service. Got the spicy breakfast sandwich with their homemade jalapeno cheddar bread and a gingerbread coffee everything was amazing. Got some back goods to go so far delicious

This Bakery does country in style! From the warm country greeting as soon as you walk through the door, to the attentive service from staff, eager to help you to navigate all the delcious delectables! With all the attention you receive you actually feel the staff is there to serve you. What a concept that seems to have gone by the wayside.This in a service industry, that was destroyed by covid, and usually every excuse for poor service started with these three words "due to covid"!
In this not so little bakery and cafe that not only can but does, speaking covid has been left in the rear view mirror, with regards to lack of service or lack of caring! Here service is back! In terms of cleanliness and sanition , I also rate Bun Appetit 5 stars! It was outstanding! My sister who was my guest today could not stop commenting on the cleanliness.
I want to thank the proprieters Crystal and Chad Sinclair for their fine examples of customer service to myself and my sister today. We felt more like guests then customers. This couple is setting the bar very high for businesses in this what we're hoping to be a post pandemic world! Bravo you two.

I stop here nearly everyday on my way to work. It’s always so hard to choose what I want because everything looks and smells delicious! The coffee is always yummy and the baked goods are always fresh and right out of the oven. I have brought my breakfast to work and my co-workers asked where I get my food from, so now I pick them up their orders. Everyone is so friendly who works here and it’s just a good way to start your day! Definitely check Bun Appetit out!

Update to 5 stars. Since the new crew has taken over it has just gotten better. The food is delicious and they now even make specialty coffee. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. I love going here.
We have lived in Groton now for about 3 years and this was the first time we visited the bakery. So sad we waited so long! I got the chicken and bacon wrap and my husband got a build a burger. Food was very good! Will definitely make it a regular stop!
The food is just delicious there! I ordered a cheeseburger on wheat bread and omg it was so good! Plus, the portion sizes of the desserts there?? Holy cow! I also bought a half moon cookie and a peanut butter cookie for my hubby and we were just amazed at how huge they were! Soup is also very good and the homemade bread. :)
Can't wait to go here again! Stopped on a whim whiling driving through. Lots of yummy homemade bakery treats. Cookies, brownies, cinnamon buns, and more! Everyone there is super friendly, too! Definitely recommend; get out and support a great local business!
