Wasn't thrilled with the server. She never checked on us. Took our order, delivered food and we NEVER saw her again. Had to go up and ask for a box for my leftovers. Food was warm not hot. Love Bob Evans. Usually have a much BETTER experience.
This place was crazy busy when my mom and I came in. The lovely ladies and gentleman that I saw was working fast but still courteous to everyone that they came into contact with. The waitress we had was fantastic

they were unprofessional had me and another elderly black couple waiting ten plus minutes nobody greeted us or even acted as we existed as the only black people in establishment.There was no wait nobody at the hostess stand or carry out I am beyond disappointed and we were visiting from Cincinnati!
