Reviews of Dairy Queen

Very unique experience. The inside is decorated like an island with palm branches haging over a couple fish tanks. It is a nice clean restaurant, but I do feel that the customer service could use a little work. It just didn't have the friendliness that I normally expect from such restaurants. That personalized friendliness is what makes a visit to a restaurant so memorable.

Used to be just fine, today they forgot me completely. I sat in the designated spot for my food. 25 min later and about a dozen cars get their orders, so I had to go in and get it. Bunch of kids just standing around not paying attention. I don’t know how they never saw me just sitting there. I was really wishing I’d gone elsewhere.

Wife and I came through just a minute ago, and it wasn't inspiring. We ordered a #1 and #2 combo, with an extra drink. The first thing that went wrong is they forgot my wife's blizzard, then after giving it to us the young lady at the window said we didn't pay for it... I asked for my receipt, which they didn't give me after paying, and within a couple seconds I could see the two combos with drinks and the blizzard at the bottom. There's so much to unpack here I'll just move on to the food. Both my wife's sandwich, and my sandwich had zero bacon. The #1 and #2 are currently the bacon double and bacon triple. I'll repeat, we got no bacon at all between both of us. At the end of the day not only did I get accused of not paying for something I clearly paid for, I didn't actually get what I DID pay for. Looks like Sonic is in my future. Edit: In reply to the 'owner'. I already tried submitting a 'contact us' / 'ticket' for this issue but your website does nothing when I hit SUBMIT.

This review won’t matter anyways. U guys always out the same lame response to all ur comments that are bad. Anyways. I ordered doordash last night. Was missing a whole meal. And the other meal was wrong. Called up there spoke to a “manger” and she said to come get it. Well if I wanted to do that in the first place I wouldn’t have paid someone to bring it to us. Then said well then take it up with doordash. I asked what her name was and she hung up. I called back she picked up hung up. I called from a different number and she picked up. I said what was the point of hanging up. She said I said what I said. I then said I’m calling in tomorrow to complain on u what’s ur name. She yelled I’m not telling u my name and hung up.. never will I come here again. A bunch of rude KIDS working here.

This Dairy Queen is actually one of the nicer & more updated stores that I've seen in a long time. They have this Hawaiian theme going on throughout the entire restaurant. They have 3 different fish tanks that separate the very back section of tables from the rest of the store. But, I I was impressed by just how clean & clear they really were! It was nice to be able to sit down with the family in a nice & clean Dairy Queen!
