Order on a kiosk. Everything is self serve. Reminds you of a Johnny rockets or Shake Shack. Hot food. Smooth experience. Glad they are able to utilize their staff in the kitchen instead of worrying about the front of house also. Kudos to the new changes!
It's all high tech now. You can order at kiosk. Great for the price. Clean too. I live there the fries are always golden and fresh. Never dirty like Wendy's because they don't change the oil. Try the chicken strips with buffalo sauce - so good

I loved the changes at Steak and Shake! They dumped the slow cranky servers and you order on a touch screen and they call your number when the food is ready. It's all very hands off for the staff now. They just focus on cooking and getting the orders out.

They let me dine-in but everything was self serve. I did my own ordering from a kiosk. The cheese was not melted on my steak burger. The french fries were hot.
Worst experience fast food ever. I go there I notice the doors are closed because it’s just for online and delivery drivers only. I go through the drive through and nothing. Okay maybe there busy it’s 11pm so probably not? Also I double check to make sure it’s not closed. Dousnt say they are. So by
Wow...talk about a horrible experience! Never coming back to steak and shake in Grove City. Now order from kiosk for dine in...can't even get order right after 4 times! Seriously? I was disappointed that they no longer have waiter and waitress but other then that the service was good. The good was outstanding. I recommend having the double cheese burger platter. Yummy
I love steak 'n shake. The only thing wrong is when you order a shake it always, for some unknown reason, come after your burgers. This particular location was the same. It was clean over all but we're out of eating utensils.
