We told them we had COVID and needed contactless delivery. Not only did they follow through, but they included a get well note and 2 free egg rolls. This place rules.
First everyone is always friendly and helpful. Second there isn’t anything our family has ordered we didn’t like. We’ve ordered new items from here we’ve never ordered before and now have new favorites! Third I am also a part time delivery driver for one of the “apps” and I’ve never had one issue or complaint from any of my customers for this restaurant! The orders are hot, accurate, ready to go quickly and clean! That’s probably the one thing that has impressed me the most about Golden China Express is their cleanliness behind the counter in the kitchen. I make a lot of deliveries which means I make a lot of food pickups. There are definitely places I’ve seen I will never order food from. I know sometimes people may have a bad day and run into an issue or two, but this restaurant review has been made after more than a year of personal and professional experience and I give it all 5 stars! Kudos!
One of the best places around for any variety of Chow Mei Fun and Garlic Chicken or the chef's "Phoenix" dish. These are my favorites, along with the green beans or chicken fried rice.. I can customize my entree orders any way I want and am always accommodated without issue. Best chicken noodle soup I've ever had. Yes, chicken noodle... They stay pretty busy but my orders never seem to take long. And they have coupons on the menu that you can get free food if you mention them. They also are one of the few restaurants that deliver to Southern Point Subdivision.
Amazing Chinese food!!! Was driving from Nashville to NY and had to stop for the night, so did not want any fast food so we took a risk and ordered from the only chinese place that was open. They accepted our delivery just before closing, it took Grubhub almost an hour to deliver and it arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. By far some of the best takeout Chinese food I’ve had in years
