Wasn't busy but everything we got was old and disgusting. Mac and cheese look like scrambled eggs and look at that piece of chicken! KFC had no gravy and the corn had become hard. Overall disappointed. Didn't even get a receipt to call about it. Won't go there again.

Worst kfc I have ever been to it is located on 665 in Grove City Ohio . I was wondering why everyone was lined up next to them at Taco Bell and the place completely empty. Anyway so I pull in behind the only car in the Drive thru and had to literally wait til they competed the order in front of me

😡 KFC on 665 Went there this evening at 7:45 PM Walked inside and was looking at the menu. Then an employee says “we are drive though only” told her I just needed to order carry out. She replied then you will need to go though the drive though. Lobby doors were unlocked and not even a sign saying

Drive-thru attempt, three times on different days this past week, trying to get Potpie around dinner time and each time they didn't have any or it would take 30 minutes to bake. This place is a joke and I’ll be shocked if it manages to stay in business. I’ve attempted to order half a dozen times and have never actually completed an order due to a ridiculous wait time. Every other fast food chain on 665 seems to have it figured out, not this place.

The girl doing orders on March 26th around 8pm was awesome! So friendly and sweet. Food was good too! It’s nice to have something quick when I don’t want to cook or have a migraine :)

This place and its staff is an absolute joke. I have tried to give this location a chance a few times now but as I sit here in the parking lot waiting for the staff to correct their fifth mistake this drive through trip alone I have decided that only a true glutton for punishment would frequent this

Ordered a bucket of chicken tenders. Got home and it was a bucket of dark burnt up regular chicken. It was so dark I wouldn’t even attempt to eat it. This place should close if they can’t get a simple order right. I would give zero stars but system wouldn’t let me.
