Umi has become a family favorite / tradition. I've only been there three times but my wife has been going for many years. The staff is super frendly and quick. The prices are a little higher than some sushi restaurants, but not by much, and you notice in the quality of ingredients and presentation.

Very fresh, never fishy. Clean, i have watched them clean chairs and seats between servings. My favorite is sashimi salad. Cucumber and lemon in water. Owner/ chef extremely professional. Best sushi Central Coast.

Sushi is always fresh and generous sized rolls. The salads are also yummy. Service is pleasant. Great outside seating in the summer.

Really delicious and fresh, we got the Seaweed Salad- Fresh and vibrant greens Veggie Tempura- excellent crisp and batter mix veggies were fresh as well Panorama(see pic)- amazing showmanship and garnishing. Salmon was seared and tasted buttery 🤗

This place was SO GOOD!! Their rolls are unique and well balanced. The staff was super friendly and killing it with a shortage of bodies!! Definitely going back to this place whenever we make it up that way again.

Favorite sushi place! Been coming here for over a decade. Mom and pop type but everything is always fresh and I've never had a bad or disappointing experience. both the yummiest rolls and beautifully plated.

Always fresh and delicious. The Salmon & Garfunkel roll was wonderful. The tray is their 3 kimchi sampler. Will have both again. It was a rainy day when we went and their enclosed patio was nice and warm.

The food was incredible. The attention to detail, freshness and blending with herbs flowers was off the charts.

Had the BEST experience for our first visit! We let the chef choose our dishes and every dish was phenomenal! Can't wait for our next meal there!
