I came to the grand re-opening earlier this spring and it was unforgettable. The food is always spectacular and flavourful! Their Branford location boasts equally wonderful staff and food but this location is a bit more intimate (Branford has a larger lounge area). Perfect for a pleasant date or casual dinner! I usually go for veggie/tofu/chicken fare and highly recommend the Pad Thai, Massmun Curry and big bowls of spicy soup! Try the Thai iced tea (boba/bubbles optional)! (Wonderful tea with sweet milk and cream)
Have lived in several cities with great Thai food, and this was by far the best we've had.
I love these owners and their delicious food! It is the best Thai food I have had anywhere near the shoreline. Such hardworking people that always make it a great experience for their customers.
Stopped to get take out on way home. Great Customer Service and very good food. Will go again.
Excellent and consistently great Thai food. We do takeout every couple weeks and its always great. Eating is wonderful as well. My only thought is that the facility needs to be renovated and upgraded to make it a little more inviting inside. But that is a minor point.
Amazing food. The newly updated restaurant looks great and the food was the best we've had here ever. My friend has been to Thailand and lived in NYC, Paris and traveled the world but says Som Siam is the best Thai food she's had outside of Thailand! I make a point to eat here about once a month. And you can bring your own wine!
