I placed a large order for our high school swim team. I wasn't able to do so through the app because it limits you to only 6 items per order. Instead, I drove to this location to place an order in person. The man and woman working greeted me promptly and politely. I gave them a list of sandwiches that the coaches and swimmers had ordered, with specific ingredients for each, as well as an additional number of basic sandwiches. They were very friendly, happy to help, and very careful to make sure I was getting exactly what the kids had ordered. They rang it up and I paid in advance, as I would expect anyone to do. I returned the next morning to pick up the order to find not only was it ready a few minutes early, but it was bagged neatly and had lots of extra condiment packets included. They had even labeled each individual sub according to the order! I have been here several other times in the past to pick up an occasional sandwich for my kids, but will be making this our regular sub destination from now on. The customer service was wonderful! Thank you!!!

Despite the reviews I came here to give them the benefit of the doubt. My bread had mold on it, all of the veggies and condiments were not chilled in the cooler but rather sitting on top of the counter in the open so they were warm, nobody said anything to me other than how much my total was and if I wanted to add a tip, and tables were dirty. Not sure if they were just having a bad day?

Nasty nasty nasty. Owner uses food products that have not been stored properly. Ex: cheese and lunch meat over 70 degrees. Cambris are never changed out on line moldy food in bottom. Under pans on front line is a bunch of slime water that smells terrible. I have pictures and reports from health dept where i contacted them. Do not go here u will get ill from the nastiness.

Stopped by here for lunch with my family. I asked for ranch on the side instead of it being on the sandwich, I was told, "On the sandwich its free but on the side its 75 cents." I literally laughed. The two people working need help in customer services skills. Once we sat, my daughter went to get us straws not knowing we had already got them. The women working was throwing her arms around because my daughter got more straws, pointing and causing a scene to the guy working with her. We kindly told our daughter we had them and she placed them back. Needless to say, I'm all about saving money but yikes.

Great services with only two employees working. This is a very busy place and the employees always had a smile and creates our order quickly. Everywhere you go right now is busy with vacation people ans no one willing to work.
