Depending who is there working it can vary the experience too. Managers care for their customers. And the cooks are very nice and make sure I receive my meal fresh out of the batches.

We always come here after Six Flags and they always deliver great food and service. The water with flowers is a great touch and they rarely mess up our order. Whenever they accidentally add meat they always quickly replace it. This is a great Taco Bell and it's especially good for vegetarians.
I always see the great attitudes of the employees and management. They are always kind. The two times I have had a problem with an order, I have been treated very well. They go above and beyond to not only make it right. They have extended generosity with extra service that was not necessary, but greatly appreciated.
This is a very busy location but like any other location, always have had good service and no mix-ups with any order I've ever made whether dining in or the drive-thru.
Venue is always kept clean and always friendly customer service. I would easily put Taco Bell as one of the top 5 best mass franchise fast food chains in terms of cleanliness, customer service and quality/value of food.
One thing I've noticed in some reviews across a few locations in the past is the complaint about not having tortas, flautas, green sauce, etc. First off, Taco Bell is an American chain and not authentic Mexican at all. Plenty of Mexican restaurants in Lake county especially in Waukegan and the Round Lake area, go there if you're looking for authenticity.
Taco Bell has always served up tasty quality food at good prices and as long as they don't change anything which would bring them down, I'll keep coming back.

My favorite meal from here is a steak power bowl! Love the power bowls so much! Great prices and big meals. Always get a side of chessy fiesta potatoes and nachos.
Taco Bell Manager of Grand Ave., give Matthew Y a raise! He was an amazing employee that served us with great joy! Customers, he works after 4 pm usually and trust me when I say you won't be disappointed when you meet him! Makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.
I have been there few times. Good experience so far except for one time when the messed up the order. Always a good to check the order before you leave.

The shells are full to the maximum fit of ingredients!!!! I notice stuff like this and when I pick up a box and it weighs in my hands like a sandbag, i get u er excited! So, that's my experience at this Taco Bell and as a matter of fact at every Taco Bell! Mexicans really like to Future families with abundance it's an honor to be indulging are there food.
This Taco Bell is on the edge of Gurnee Mills mall near Grand Ave. I went in and in addition to the clerk, there are two food kiosks to order from. To be honest this is really efficient and a better option to customize your order. The store is very clean and organized. The food came out in a quick timeframe.
