Placed an order on line and everything was delivered and was perfect. Pizza maker deserves praise for the quality of the food.
Not a fan of their wings, very wet and soggy. The pizza was overall fulfilling, the crust was amazing and cooked to perfection but dough was slightly bland and lack of toppings.
Getting my issue fixed was too easy. The rest of y’all need to calm down and maybe approach the employees differently, they are not doormats.
As always we like it the way they make Pizza Hut. Super delicious pizza that isn't super costly or filled with oil. The crust, well cooked, and the staff was very helpful as we arrived 1 1/2 hrs early. They jumped on our order and took care of our mistake. Then you again.
I love Pizza Hut. Ordering online makes it easy for me. Prices are better then other pizza places in the area. Pizza is always ready on time when I order for take out.
I've been to several Huts and this is just a work of art. Possibly one of the most amazing pies ever. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. 5/5 Will go again.
I went there with my boyfriend and my sister's. Ex boyfriend. Since he was so sad and devastated. We did our best to cheer him up and it worked. Then we got ready to leave and my boyfriend stuck a pitcher in his coat that he was wearing. The problem was we were all laughing so hard that he dropped it on the way out. Never saw him run that fast.

Wish I had a picture to share! The pizza was all that and then some. I didn't know which one I wanted Italian Fiesta, Beggars, Marios..just as the thought of paying for gas and fast food came across my mind I decided on the more expensive Italian Fiesta to save on gas..Lord behold with my finger on the dail button Pizza Hut commercial came on from out of nowhere "No one out does the Hut" 88th S. Stoney Island OMG! GOT THERE ABOUT 10:37PM..I'm working out now just to eat Pizza Hut all summer, fall, winter..I'm vegetarian, my family isnt.."less than a dollar a slice"! We had 4 loaded mediums..Thank you Pizza Hut for supporting hungry families..

Caught them last minute before closing fast hot food
Ordered the new Detroit style pizza and was disappointed because the dough clearly did not get a chance to fully rise. It was about half the size. I ordered the same pizza in LA last week and it was excellent.... which is why I opted to order it here.
My great grandson was in the car with me. He is 5 years old and is on the Autism spectrum. Also, I am handicapped so to get out of the car with a special needs child could be quite challenging for me. The person who came to the car to get my debit card and then return it to me with the pizza was very kind and had this way of making me feel important. Kudos to your employees at the Gurnee, IL. Store.
