This El Pollo Loco very small. It draws a big crowd from the area but, the drive thru is very small and in very bad shape. Ground is cracking, they had sprinkler leak, the turn is very bad there. You can see the curb cracked and chipped because of how many people hit it. The window to get your food

Good food. Good service. Chicken was done well with wonderfully crispy skin. I got 2 thighs, flour tortillas, and a tea. Love mixing the 2 kinds of unsweet tea the have, it is so good! Not watered down or weak like other places.

My first visit to El Pollo Loco; however, it will not be my last. I am amazed by the freshness and quality of the food. I had a chicken salad with avocado and it not only filled my belly, it was delightfully light. This will be a stop on my weekly must eat places during my travels.

This is by the worst El Pollo loco restaurant. You can expect them to get your order wrong every time and sloppily put your food together. If your in the area skip it and enjoy the many other great restaurants surrounding it.

My experience wasn’t bad… the employees were nice. I was looking forward to my tostada salad as I love their dressing but when I got home to eat it I noticed how watery the dressing was… I was disappointed

This place smells, has a distinctive old place/grease smell. I was there before and came back, I guess for the last time. Este Lugar huele feo, como a grasa vieja.

I been coming to this location since I bought a house here in Hacienda Height 6 years ago. Unfortunately the last 5 times I been experiencing horrible service like today Tue 1/25/22 I went to drive thru to place an order at 5:36pm and the lady on the drive thru told me that I have to wait 20 minutes

The dinner was close n manager was not polite. They did not have any signs saying that they did not accept EBT THRU the drive thru so I was waiting for 15 on line n I can't go out cars were behind me n in front of me.they were taking to long to give the order to the cars in front of me. I felt disc
